They had this guy named Peter that was above and beyond awesome. Good at his work, insightful, thorough, kind, efficient, and more. Peter must have left because good people go where they're treated well. The new pool tech, in the month he's been servicing out pool has a) not shown up twice (we are supposed to have weekly service but he no call/no show'ed and our cameras didn't see him for two weeks) and b) for the two times he did show up spent no more than five minutes with our pool. Barely enough time to run a test let alone run a brush to clean it. When we called to ask for a partial refund (we're not asking for the whole month, he did in fact appear and do _something_ to the pool) they told us it wasn't possible to issue a refund. The owner said they would "do better". We asked for the refund as a way for them to "do better". He said he couldn't offer a refund. So, we're taking our business elsewhere. Thanks guys!

The owner, Jason, was extremely disrespectful and dismissive throughout the entire situation. Looking back, I should have trusted the negative reviews I saw before booking with them instead of brushing them off. One of their pool technicians came out on Monday to inspect our filter. According to Jason, the filter was inspected but not cleaned or serviced. He also stated that at the time of inspection, there were no signs of leaking or damage after the technician left. The very next day, we noticed a leak coming from the filter area. When we contacted Jason about it, instead of taking any accountability or even considering that something may have happened during the visit, he immediately claimed the unit was "old and broken" and needed to be completely replaced for $1,700. How does that make any sense? One day the filter supposedly shows no signs of leaking or damage, and immediately after their technician visits, it suddenly becomes "broken" and needs a costly replacement? Jason completely disregarded the obvious concern that something may have happened during or after the inspection. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect from the owner alone is enough for me to never use this company again. I would strongly recommend others do their research and proceed with caution before hiring Blissful Waters Pool Company.

Jason and James are professional, on-time, and communicative. For the first time in my time in Orlando, I don't have any pool worries! Pricing is quite reasonable for the services provided, but Blissful Waters goes beyond providing the service requested and makes excellent suggestions to improve how my pool is maintained. Living in such a hot climate, I am well familiar with the weekly need to add water to our pool. Even before I had engaged Blissful Waters, Jason suggested that I get a hose bib timer so that his team can take care of adding water each week. I did not know that hose bib timers existed or that they were so affordable. Adding water to my pool is one less thing I need to remember to do, because Blissful Waters takes care of it for me. Each week, I receive via email an excellent summary of the services performed, including a photo of the pool. If I have questions, Jason is just a text away. Joey came one day to service our pool and I told him to be careful because there was a black snake in our backyard. Joey caught the snake, put it in a 5 gallon bucket and removed it from our yard. He found out that Jandy was offering a newly updated controllers, and on his own, he reached out to them and explained that he had just done an intstall of a Jandy pump 2 weeks before the new controllers came out and they gave it to him.
