Speaking with the rep on the phone he suggested it was sputtering and I agreed that was a good description. The tech came to my home and sent an estimate. I reviewed the estimate unfamiliar with names of what needed to be fixed to correct my water flow issue. Thinking they were correcting my issue. I skimmed over the estimate trusting their expertise. The tech came to the house and started slamming the doors outside on my cage. I went outside to find out what he was doing and he explained he was changing the hardware on my pool cage doors. I immediately realized I had accepted charges for him changing the plastic cap on one pool jet and never fixed the broken one and DID NOTHING to correct the pool flow in my pool. They left plastic wrappers from materials floating in my pool. I was charged $540.00 to change hardware on my screen door and one jet added. I called to explain the issue for them to correct 3 times. The third time I was hung up on. They then sent me an email asking me to photograph what was not done. I work 12 hour days and hire a pool company to fix the issue I could not correct. I don't have time to take pictures for their benefit. They are a service business and I was completely dissatisfied with their service.I DO NOT recommend this company. Communication is clearly not their strong suit. They had the opportunity to correct and thought the consumer should have to work for them. I feel completely ripped off and will never use this service again. Buyer Beware!!!

He called back and asked him since I had to be at work at a certain timeframe when can he fix the issue and pricing. He gave me 2 quotes on pricing $ 150-250 for the service. I was kinda iffy about his business because he only had 2 reviews on yelp plus it was many yrs back. Felix and I spoke and he mentioned he will start his work routes with me first since I was on a time crunch. He arrived around 9am ish when the phone call was made around 8am ish. He arrived with his company truck and a partner. I told him to text me once he is done. He finished the job less than 20-30 mins. He added a work marketing sticker to my garage door opener LOL to remind myself I guess to call him for future services and perhaps reminder who fixed my issue. He mentioned he added additional fixing on my garage door but warned me my springs might be an issue in the future because the garage has been with the house since it has been built. He accepts cash, card and mobile payments. He did add tax to the final pricing which was about 10-12 dollars more. Felix did his job and was professional. I would hire him again for future garage door issues.

Let's be honest... most of us have little or no knowledge of garage doors and openers…read more A few months ago, our garage door stopped working and we were desperate to have it fixed. A very large company was called and installed new rollers, new springs and re-aligned the tracks.This took less than 3 hours and the bill looked like they had worked for three days. This weekend, our remote would open the door but would not close it. An internet search indicated a crack in the circuit board and a neighbor gave us a number to call. What a difference... Felix Mosquea is the man. He came out right away and after a few tests, confirmed that there was a problem in the circuit board. Because the opener was over twenty years old, the options were easy to understand. He showed us how the Florida heat had pretty much baked all the inside components and advised going with a new unit. Not only did he install a newer unit with features we did not know existed, he showed us how the previous repair had contributed to the electrical failure. The springs were set at the wrong tension which contributed to the circuit failure. The board was on it's way out anyway but the incorrect tension on the new springs hastened the failure. You have to admire someone who knows his stuff. Felix is one of those folks who look at things from the customers viewpoint and has thier interests at heart. Call him first and save time, worry and money. Sometimes the best does cost less.

(We did need a new filter, but they said they couldn't get it clear, as "it's been raining," "your mulch is too high in the planter," "you have a screen out," etc. The old service never could get it clear.) We called Willis Pool Service, and Tyler came out and told us the problems. (He also said those were flimsy excuses for not getting the pool clear.) He checked the chemicals, adjusted, and a day later, it was crystal clear! A DAY LATER!!! They are our new pool service, and I HIGHLY recommend them!
