The staff need to be educated about the fish and animals they keep as they gave out false information and be given customer service training as that behaviour is appalling. Staff always make a fuss of them, other customers also make a fuss especially my smaller dog. If we don`t need anything it`s just like window shopping for dogs. The shops always tidy and clean, the staff always make our visit special and on occasion if their prices don`t reflect the same as other stores for the same product they have price matched. Can `t say fairer than that. They do lots for animal charities and i have adopted a 1 eyed rabbit and guinea pig from them. Still with me to this day.
