I only buy my cigars online due to the abusive prices in cigar store here in miami, i ordered a few times from their website in the past and have always been satisfied with the products and services. I m so glad they opened this cigar store in Miami, you have a huge selection (same as online) and they also have the same prices (the lowest you can find online and/or here in miami). I m not really a social cigar smoker, i usually buy my stogies and enjoy them in my patio in the evening. Neptune is the only place where you can smoke a cigar in the lounge without feeling like a stranger.... Most cigar bar in Miami have their own group and if you're not part of the group, they make you feel it!!!! That's one of the reason I usually buy my cigars online. Only problem with Neptune is their parking space in the front (only 4) but you can park in the back of the building. read more

One of the largest cigar shops in Miami. I was one of their first customers, and the owner Chris was happy to walk up to greet me and show me the store. The prices are great for the area, and the number of brands is tremendous. They have some drinks available and some expresso. I wish they had better seating in the lounge though. The large chairs and table are comfortable but they make people have to yell to hear each other. Then the high tops make you feel like second class citizens. The selection more leans toward the lower end with most of the real high end lacking. But overall this place is excellent for an everyday smoke. read more

Very competitive prices. Huge selection. They run an online business and you can pick up your order in store as well. Great events and cigar sampler specials as well. Here you don't have to haggle over price because everything is reasonable. Staff is very friendly, and a nice crowd comes in as well. read more

I want to start by saying we in South Florida are so fortunate to have the great Neptune cigar. Any cigar you want is available, from the best bundles to the rarest limited editions. ..and the prices are a buck or two cheaper for the hottest sticks. You want the CA top 25- you got it. The lounge is perfect, with a beautiful TV, great leather lounge chairs, and dominoes tables set up with high bar stools. You can even sit at the window counter and watch as the world drifts by, for a bit more privacy. You can arrange for a private and secure locked humidor box lined in cedar to age your smokes, if you don't burn them right away. Nice torch lighters are available located around the store, as well as cutters for your purchase. Some quality humidors are for sale, and any accessories you may require. May I suggest a hearty meal at the famous Shorty's Barbeque right next door, then go in for a great cigar after your meal. This is 15 minutes or less from anywhere in Miami. BEST SELECTION IN ALL OF MIAMI!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention the best prices. The owner himself even offered to match any online box price that I could find cheaper than his. I brought in one of my many stubborn lighters that just never seems to work and the staff at Neptune fixed and refilled it. I read nothing but great reviews about Neptune smoke shop online and I was looking for a nice Xikar lighter they're great lighters! as for Neptune not so great! so I order the lighter I was excited to get it so when it came I carefully unwrap the package and opened up the box as excited as that kid in the Christmas Story getting his red ryder B.B. gun. I opened the box to find the xikar lighter it looked beautiful I looked it over close to find a half inch scratch on the one side which crushed my day! 62.00 it was a great discount maybe for a reason 80.00 -100.00 everywhere else. Neptune did contact me about it and offered me an additional 20% off but I declined. The customer service lady hand checked a few others that they had in stock all of them had Scratches as well for that price in my thoughts there should be no scratches! as for me I've learned they have good customer service but for they're products they're not like they're name out of this world. I did get a refund and will be buying else where. If you choose to shop with them I wish you luck. read more
