I'd give this review 5 stars because of the amount of times I've been here, I've never had a problem and I do still plan on returning. But today I went in to order something and when I said the title of the book the cashier looked at me like I had three heads. It really hurt my feelings because it is a self help book for grief and understanding loss, and even though the title is a little shocking I don't think it was professional for the cashier to judge me so harshly for wanting to buy and read this book. For reference the book is called 'The Autopsy of a Suicidal Mind.' After that interaction with the first cashier I actually had a very positive interaction with a second cashier, the man who ordered the book for me since it wasn't in the store. The interaction was professional, kind and in no way did I feel judged for my selection. Like I mentioned before, I do plan on returning because this is one of my favorite stores, but I wanted people to be aware of the problem I encountered, because it did quite frankly hurt my feelings a lot.

I finally found the travel section because they're usually on left in the back. I go get a coffee. I asked for a latte with whole milk and an extra shot . While ringing me up, she asked again what kind of milk I wanted. Since I hadn't paid for my book yet i suggested why don't you make this while I go pay. At the payment area there were no cashiers , only one person off the side sorting books. The same one that was out on the floor, I'm trying to make noise so she heard me finally comes over and asked me if I'm ready, I'm like I'm ready! I go back to the coffee stand. They haven't made my drink yet. When I got home, I compared their price to what was listed on Amazon. They were $10 higher!! my first and last time at the store.

We were told they are rare and new collectibles and when we told that to our card guy he said that's a joke we see a lot of them and they are fake. After I found it I walked back to the counter to see that he had pulled all of my pack fresh cards out and was man handling them, full bends and scraping them around like he was playing with his own cards. They have some decent prices for singles but awful prices for sealed packs, well over market even. After he ruined the value of my cards and offered me 58% trade in credit I was left feeling awful. Wouldn't recommend as there are better card shops and better comic book stores within 15 minutes from here. Plus it smells really bad!!
