I was never notified, never contacted, never made aware. My emails and calls would go ignored for weeks at a time unless I physically walked into their office demanding answers. I would always get the run around regarding my case and why my new case manager didn't contact me or why I was never contacted about the change at all. I finished medical treatments and wanted to pursue my settlement. The case managers kept pressuring me into continuing more invasive medical treatments although I profusely refused over and over again. I guess they weren't happy with that because they made no effort to counter or negotiate with the opposing party's insurance to settle at a fair amount. Finally after the last time of being ghosted for almost a month, I found a new law firm and immediately switched. My new law firm settled in a month.
