Pathway law firm was unfortunately the worst Lawfirm I have ever worked with. As if my accident alone wasn't stressful as it was. Starting with my case manager Stephanie Castro, during the whole process she was very passive aggressive with me and spoke to me like she was irritated with answering my questions. Secondly all my Doctor appointments they referred me to were delayed weeks after my accident, which complicated my case with me taking time off work immediately after my accident. Furthermore the Doctors that they referred me to were extremely hard to get ahold of. So hard to get ahold of that my job was put in jeopardy after I was not able to provide necessary documentation to my employer in a timely fashion. I started to anticipate this happening after weeks of frustration and was very worried about this happening, so I asked my case manager Stephanie Castro about this, "what would happen if I lost my job because of this?" I asked. She assured me not to worry, she would consult with an attorney and touch base with me with an update in a day or two. Several weeks went by without any update or without her returning my call. I then started to feel distrust and incompetence in this law firm so I decided to look around for another firm. And then I got hit with the with a worst experience of another attorney who I consulted with, that attorney called Pathway Lawfirm and told them to drop my case and that he was taking over before I signed a retainer with them. Shady move by the other attorney and then my case manager Stephanie Castro called me back after not hearing from her for several weeks that they decided to drop my case because I was unhappy with their efforts. Now I have no representation and have put my case at risk. This law firm did more damage then help, I would not recommend them to friends, family or anyone else. And Stephanie Castro shouldn't be in a position of helping people if she doesn't like dealing with people. She will likely call you a "headache client" if you have questions. I don't like exposing people in this manner, but Sadly she was the culprit after she dismissed my concerns about delayed Doctor visits and making sure I could get ahold of my Doctors. She stated they had other clients that had farther appointment dates and that I did not have to worry about it. Again, worst Lawfirm and worst experience period. read more

I was reccomended here by my body shop and it was a mistake. They have really good reviews on here but if you want a law firm that responds to you please do not go here. My case worker/manager Janelle has been very hard to reach. I have to send her multiple emails or call her mutliples times until I can reach her. When I call her asking for imformation she gives me information that is old and I have to inform her of new information myself. I had asked for a car rental extension and did not get it approved by my insurance and when I called her two weeks later to call about the car rental payment she told me i did not get approved for a car rental extensions. My aunt was involved in an accident and they where recommend. Will never go with these people again. My aunt signed the same paperwork I did and then was given the run around. They changed the price of the lawyers fee from 33 to 40 percent then sent a revised letter again with a different price that was agreed apon now she gets a check that is less then what she signed for. As I see it they are a bunch of rip offs and don't sesserve to be in service. They don't return calls and just blame other people in the office. read more

I was involved in a car accident when another car changed lanes and hit me. The driver said it was his fault. When I tried to get my car fixed and see about going to the doctor his insurance company said the accident was my fault. I contacted Joe and he said he would take care of everything. He over delivered. He fought with the insurance company and got my car fixed. He made sure that I was seen by the best doctors and that I got the best medical treatment. When I was told I would need surgery he made sure the best surgeon did the job. He checked up on me frequently. I never had to call him for an update bc he would keep in touch with me often. Joe, the founder, owner and sole attorney at Pathway Law Firm assured me he always puts clients recovery first and foremost. He also assured me he doesn't take cases unless he is certain he can get a settlement for the client. Vicky was assigned as case manager. The case managers do everything after Joe sets the hook. After 3 1/2 months of following Vicky and "Doctor D's" directives, seeing 3 specialists and following my first epidural injections in spine I get a call from Vicky at Pathway late in the afternoon the day before my appointment for second epidural injections notifying me that Joe changed his mind and she took the liberty to cancel all Future doctors appointments. It is a TART case, anything involving a government agency is protected by federal law. Rather than the regular 2 years to file you have 6 months. No later in the world will take a case with only 2 1/2 months to file and prepare a case. The "Dr.D" Vicky set me up with as my primary care doctor is in Beverly Hills CA, as is Pathway gave my contact number out to advertisement agencies. They send me ads for travel and leisure, and various ads. At the top it says recommended for you by Dr. Shahrouz Sean Dadfarin. I never met the Dr. in person, only a few telemed phone calls. $1500 + each half hour from his home. I could hear his wife yelling and a baby crying... I once told Vicky I felt I needed to talk to the Dr about the progress of my injury. She reprimanded me for texting him directly and sternly reminded me all appointment scheduling must have her approval. She added, she didn't feel it was necessary. I could wait until she scheduled an appointment a couple weeks away. Vicky was incredibly rude and unprofessional, Dr. Dadfarin shared my personal info and charge an exorbitant $6,000+ and Joe, the only attorney at Pathway Law Firm, advertising on the evening television luring in as many "clients" as possible only to pick and choose after 3-1/2 months dismissing me for an easier case, or close to his mansion nextdoor to Dr. Dadfarin in Beverly Hills CA. leaving 2-1/2 months to discover that no attorney can possibly handle the case with so little time left on the 6 month filing deadline. Joe does not care at all about you, me or morals and ethics. Left me with enormous bills for medical expenses, which I am 65 on Medicare, and from the first start I said I would prefer to put all my medical on Medicare and see my local Drs... Vicky made all my appointments with 3 doctors, along with 5 MRIs over 60 miles each way. When I told her it was 63 miles she adomately insisted I was wrong, it was 40 miles... arguing with me. I just said that the Google map I was looking at as we're speaking must be incorrect to avoid the argument she was hoping to start... Wouldn't let me use my Medicare, now I have about $85,000 in medical expenses to figure out if Medicare will pay retroactive billing for specialists without a referral. I don't know who to recommend for a good and honest attorney, but I do know who not to use. Joe the founder, owner and sole attorney at Pathway Law Firm. Joe is a scammer and liar when he says he cares you.Pathway Law Firm is a horrible and deceitful business. CAUTION STAY CLEAR.
