I love to go Barnes and noble ..many different kinds of books ...include big section of marble and Starbucks...many clothes store

Typical mall situation. Your run of the mill stores that pretty much exist everywhere. I do like that this mall has a Boscov's, which you can get some great sales in there. Barnes and Noble is always a plus. I only go to the mall when I need certain things, and I like this one. It's never crowded. I never feel overwhelmed in there. Personally, I don't mind the food selection either. I like their food options better than Mills or Oxford. Cafe Riv is a great gem of that place as well. It's small and can be walked easily. The location is great as well considering the other shopping centers that are around it. read more

The mall is a decent size with a good amount of stores and a movie theater with a makeshift IMAX theater. I usually go to either Express Men, Barnes and Noble or Gamestop, my ex-wife has more fun since she loves shopping for clothes. My daughter loves the play place and the arcade there. One thing that is a plus is that it is the ONLY mall with an actual arcade built inside the mall unlike Dave and Busters at Franklin Mills which is a seperate entity in itself. Lots of young kids and teens are here and during opening movie nights it is IMPOSSIBLE to find a parking spot. It is accessable by public transportation which is always a plus especially during the holidays when you don't want to drive there and look around for over 10 minutes to find a parking spot and end up parking very. read more

Pretty decent, used to go here all the time with my friends when we were in high school. Still go there occasionally! Movie tickets at the AMC are way too expensive for me, and when you already have overpriced movie snacks, that's a no. Torrid is amazing, it's nice to have clothes that fit comfortably, they do size 12s and up. The staff is so nice and friendly. Always have cute clothes, always have sales, which is nice since the clothes are kinda pricey, and when you purchase from them you get hot cash for a certain amount off from your next order. Spencer's is a tight squeeze sometimes, especially when it's crowded, but always fun to walk around and see what they have. Definitely the place to get fun birthday stuff. Got a beanie there and I still wear it in the fall/winter. Right across from Spencer's is Cafe Riviera, always have great pizza, huge slices. Don't be fooled, they also sell other Italian dishes too, which are really good. Tried their lasagna and it was really good. Just walk past the front and go down the side to see their menu, grab a drink, and order. Comfy booths. They also have a waitress there who's been there for years, my friend used to call "Awesome Pizza Lady" because she would talk with us about musicals and was up to date on other pop culture, my Power Rangers ringtone went off and I didn't realize she still worked there and she yelled "Who has the Power Rangers thing as their ringtone?!" Go there and DON'T go to the Friendly's please. My friends and I went there, waited so long, food was cold, the waitress was rude, got my friends order wrong when she stressed very hard to have it a certain way, then charged her for two, and when we couldn't tip that well because we were in a big group (of teenagers) and non of us had enough cash (because they overcharged us), and the manager harassed us til we gave her a bigger tip. Not sure if she still works there, but I'm never going back there. In the food court, Charlie's is amazing, get the California Chicken sandwich. Chic Fil Et (sp?) is great, no longer giving money to anti-gay establishments, plus the waffle fries are amazing. Sbarro has decent pizza. Added a FroYo spot in the back by the doors to the parking lot. Francesca's has cute stuff, but grossly overpriced. Same as Express. New York & Company has some hidden gems in there, got a really comfy jacket. Charming Charlie's added near there, everything is color coded and cute. Barnes & Noble is great, huge selection, great kids section, pretty decent New Age section, bathrooms by the doors to the parking lot. Starbucks has pretty decent drinks there. Food, awwww yesss, desert wise anyway. read more

This mall was dead, but one of the best movie theaters, and a proliferation of restaurants and add-on retail stores brought it back. Beware of the exit from the Turnpike onto Route 1 North and out onto the mall. This is a forced merge onto Route 1 that causes huge backups at rush hour and in the holiday season. If PennDot would wisely widen the Route 1 bridge over the Turnpike and create a dedicated ramp from the Turnpike exit to the mall exit that would solve the problem. read more

Been coming here almost since they opened. Movie theater improved, but the rest of the place is stuck in the 70s. I really wish they would improve the food court. 2 Chinese, 2 pizza and a chic-fil-a do not make me want to stay and eat. Lots more options across the street in target and Wal-Mart shopping centers. read more

Boscovs one of the last Family chains in the Deleware valley they have great sales they also have a great appliance dept headed by there manger pete in that dept he wontt jump on ya he tells ya about the product and he Honestly says if its a good product or not get my Tv washer Dryers Over Frig from there they also have a Candy Dept alot od good priced candy ya can get to eat at the movie and they also have a candy counter where ya can order candy by the lb read more

Clean mall .. Kind of laid out strange. Has most of the stores you need. Also a movie theater & friendly's inside the mall. A decent food court . Not much as far as speciality stores. Mostly big chains. read more

I like that it's a smaller mall and have most of the stores that I would go to. I believe that it's easy to get to. The only complaint that I have is that the food court is on the small side, but I normally don't go to the mall to eat dinner. read more

This mall is a step up from Franklin Mills and a step below Oxford Valley. This is actually the only mall movie theatre I will attend. Its not usually crowded and you can actually sit and watch the movie without being iritated. Lol. Dont really shop much in this mall as most of the stores suck. The food court is great, a lot of different options. There is even a Friendly's on one end of the mall to sit down and eat. Less crowded and less iritating than Franklin Mills. read more

Its a ok mall. It have your typical mall store . Parking is not a issue and a one floor mall.

I like this mall a lot, just for its appearance and quiet ambiance. Yeah, sometimes it's packed with teenagers who have nothing better to do than wander and take up space, but it's way better than malls where people are disrespectful and belligerent. You can come here and feel safe, and relaxed while you walk around and shop. Their AMC theater is also very clean, and relaxing. The major con of this theater is the limited stores inside. Out of the limited amount of stores it offers, they all seem pretty similar. You won't find much creativity and daring stores here, just those very well established franchises and middle of the mall shops. read more

Neshaminy has always been my favorite mall. They have all of the major stores, lower sales tax than in the city and the mall is readily available via mass transit. The movie theater is still prime time and the layout is very friendly. I hate malls that have definitive north and south poles; the box shape of neshaminy allows easy browsing without doubling back and forth over and over. Great mall! read more

I live less than a mile from this mall so I come here often because it's convenient. It's not the best mall in the area but it has the staples. I frequent H&M, Macy's, bath and body works and Victoria's secret. I sometimes visit boscovs and can get lucky finding a few good things. Other than that, there isn't much going on in the mall. The Macy's at Oxford valley is better in terms of selection and sale but this gets the job done. I do like the h&m here. They have a great selection and even better sales. read more

It's a nice, cozy, small mall. It has all the typical stores and a movie theater right outside. If this mall didn't have a movie theater, I'd probably wouldn't visit this mall. read more

Pretty decent mall with decent stores. The food court is kind of whack however. Obviously it's not as good as Willow Grove or Oxford Valley but it's closer and does the trick. I don't recommend getting the pictures with Santa here around Christmas. They came out horrible and the wallets were micro tiny. Willow Grove is better for that. All in all its a good mall and I've always had good experiences here. read more

The only highlight of this mall is the AMC movie theater. The rest of the mall is dirty, run down, and full of rude people. You are taking your life in your hands when you walk to your car in the parking lot after dark. This place needs a complete overhaul. read more

it a mall ..... its close to my job and has 60% of the stores i shop at for me and my 2 daughters. I go to the nail salon which is 4 stars i usually get there spa pedi and they have a nice collection of gel polishes..... food court is ok it has the essential pizza Chinese Mexican frozen yogurt etc....... movies is nice even though the charge 4.75 for water lol but overall its not kop but its cute read more

I feel as if this mall could have had more potential if they expanded the variety of stores. They have a few popular chains (hollister, victorias secret), but they do not have something different that would make me want to choose this mall over another one. Also, it tends to not be very clean, and there is not a large variety of food choices at the food court. read more

I go to neshanimy lractically every day and i never get bored. The people who work in the amc department are extremely nice. They have pretty good stores especially barnes and noble ans the starbucks inside plus the hot topic, however i would wish for it to have a forever 21. I believe they close down to early and that the mall cops do absolutely nothing the entire time and were plain out rude to me dueing easter time around last year, but ey forgive and forget. read more

It's not a bad mall. I actually go to the chain restaurants near here or street rd. the mall is actually ok. One of the only malls where the animals didn't take it completely over yet like most other malls. Not a lot of stores but good to walk around look at stuff. read more

This was the mall where I hung out as a teenager. It's started seeming much smaller since I've gotten older, but I still like this place, even though I tend to do my shopping at other malls or in Center City now. But still, it's got your basic mall stores, it's clean, it's brightly lit, and it's not too far from where I live. They've got a Coldstone Creamery near the movie theater, which is cool. However, I'm giving this place 4 stars because of the movie theater. It's got 24 screens, stadium seating, good popcorn, and they still have student discounts. Although I remember the days when a student ticket was $4.50 instead of $6, I'm still excited by that b/c not all theaters give student tickets anymore. They also give you a lot of pretzel bites if you order that instead of popcorn (more than other theaters). The theater gets packed on weekend nights, though, so get there early for tix. read more

This is an average mall with an average food court. It's pretty clean and the shops are pretty good. I come here a lot because it's closer than King of Prussia. This place is pretty safe and it's easy to park. read more

ashame because of the economy the mall has loads of empty storefronts, if & when the economy gets better i am quite sure the mall will return to a place that people want to go to, the AMC theatre is very nice and worth the trip read more

If you're male, use the bathroom before you leave home. This place aparently has no male janitors on their payroll because the mens rest room gets shut down in the middle of the day when the female janitor is cleaning it. And BTW, what a nasty person she is. read more

Not many good stores left here, except boscovs. Although they put in a kid play area which is nice, small but nice.

When we needed Boscov's Travel they were no where in sight. We were on a tour and two buses broke down. No Boscov's. The tour guide did not time the tour properly and we missed sites we were promised. We missed different sites because we got there too late. When we landed at the Newark Airport, we were told that someone would be there to greet us and direct us to the bus that would take us to our car. No one was there. It took us over an hour to find the bus. So instead of getting home 11:30 P.M. we got home at 3:30 a.m. I called, emailed and sent a letter to the President. Two weeks have passed and no response at all. Nothing. Don't use Boscov's Travel if you intent to enjoy yourself. Once they are paid, they are not interested anymore. read more

I agree with Maureen 99.9%. The Mall is WAY better than Franklin Mills. I disagree about the stores. I think they do have a variety. Wth three department stores: Macy's, Boscovs, and Sears. They have clothing from business (New York and Company, Lane Bryant) To casual (American Eagle, Hollister, Aeropostle) to Party (Deb) to dark (Hot topic, Spencers) They have a wide selection with food (Cafe riviera, friendly's, Flamers, Manny Browns, Annie Anns, Tokyo grill, etc.) Its great. I love this mall! It's not high class like oxford valley, but its not low class like the Mills (cough TERRIBLE MALL cough) haha. I LOVE NESHAMINY My main concern is the strict security. Heres my story: I was at the mall with a friend and we stopped in the aisle to sit on a bench. Within seconds, security was behind us "You can't stop in the middle of the mall. Keep it moving." So we said we were about to sit. and he said that was fine. He came back five minutes later and told us to leave the bench. He was a little rude. There were plenty of benches and we were not blocking an area of traffic. There was no need for us to move. Needless to say, we did move but I was very disappointed with that incident. Another time, I was there with a girlfriend and I took a picture of us by the food court and a security guard came over and told us "You cant take pictures in the mall." He said it in a joking manner and we assumed he meant it in that way. It seemed like he was playing around with my friend. We walked away and went to the other side of the mall by the exit (By the security office) My friend took another picture and the same guard came up to us and was very rude. "I told you already that you're not going to take pictures in the mall. If I see it again you're leaving." We looked at him and just said "okay." So we started walking and stopped to look at a window display and the same guard yelled at us. "You two have been breaking the rules all day. You know you're not supposed to stop in the mall. Leave the mall now!" So we were like WTF? but anyway, other than that,, I love the mall. read more

Decent mall that has stayed relatively unchanged as far as size for as long as I can remember.(1980's? other than extending the movie theater) Has the usual mall fare such as a Macy's, Boscov's, Sears a food court some "discount " clothing and jewelry outlets etc. You will usually find what you are looking for in a mall here without the giant overwhelming feel you might get at say the Willow Grove, Oxford Valley, King of Prussia and even Cherry Hill Malls. In my opinion, these larger malls have been ruined with the over loading of chain restaurants, multiple levels, and bad parking. Admittedly, Neshaminy Mall was more fun back in the day when they had a cool pet store, pinball and video arcades and more mom and pop stores over the commercial everything there now . Pluses are they have a better than average attached AMC movie theater. They still have the old time cool Spencer's gift shop. Still fun, not as much fun as it was years ago, but still pretty cool just to sight see alone. Also good there is a pretty good sized book store in Barnes and Noble. (dying breed anymore enjoy it while it lasts) They had a decent Italian restaurant in Cafe Riviera but for some reason the mall execs wouldn't let them stay or work out their lease agreement, so they closed unfortunately and now if you want to eat you are forced to go to a noisy crowded food court for junk food, Major downer! (Although they do have a Friendly's restaurant as an alternative to the food court , but I consider their food not much better) I have to say that the men's restrooms thru out the mall could be cleaner and deodorized more often (especially the food court, disgusting!) Other than that the mall is clean for the most part. But again, the plus side of this mall is its convenience , smaller 1 level comfy size, ample parking, nicer Bucks crowd for the most part, and still decent selection of stores. read more

This mall is just above my crappy line for malls. It has about three of my favorate stores. I hate that their H&M is only for woman (At lesast I think so). Their food court is standard. Their movie theater gave it the extra star. read more

The Nesheminy Mall has held up in it's quality of stores and employees over the past few decades. With shopping centers opening around the mall, it has become sort of the anchor for shopping in the bensalem/ne philly area. Whatever you need to get for Christmas or any other special occassion can be found here. read more
