Okay so I needed all new plumbing basically for my really old tub got on Yelp put in a project multiple offers first one that could get here the soonest was nest plumbing. I told them I'd buy a new one and install it myself. I paid and was happy with the service. They worked really hard to troubleshoot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Later Mr. Nest called and refunded my money. 1/23/26. I'm 85 years old. I live in a mobile home in Lakeland. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A plastic water pipe broke under the house. I called Nest Plumbing and a technician came out in about 30 minutes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He looked under the house and told me the repair was going to be $495. I had called a couple other companies and they couldn't come till the next day so, I reluctantly said go ahead and fix it. Well it took him a total of about 10 minutes to fix the pipe. He told me the charge would be $285 and paid it. At a rate of $285 for 10 minutes that comes to over $2,700 per hour. Needless to say, I will never call them for a repair again. read more

Nest plumbing was great. I had an emergency at 130am I was able to control until the morning. At 0700 they contacted me and they were here by 8am Saturday morning. John & Nate were great. They diligently figured out the problem and explained everything to me. As they were working I had questions and they answered all of them. They were honest about the issue and the current solution being a patch, not a permanent fix due to the older pipes and the older fittings builders used when the home was built.
