They also wore booties and masks at our request. We had a slow but annoying leak in our Master shower for years. Two other plumbers couldn't fix it. Gregg knew exactly what it was from the get-go, took the thing apart and made the repairs. We also had two old, leaky toilets rebuilt. Gregg and his son were called upon to assist us with installing a water softener and reverse osmosis. We were overwhelmed by all of the products, but Gregg helped us navigate the different products. He was able to identify which products were good to place inside the home vs outside of the home (we needed something that would sustain the hot summer Florida heat). Once we identified the products, he came by to do a free consultation. We realized there was no electrical box to plug our outside unit... I hired the company to replace the overflow and drain on a tub that was leaking underneath the tub. They were able to give a fair and accurate quote, based upon detailed pictures and discussion of the issue. I appreciated that a lot, because I am very tired of the amount of time that I waste having someone come to the house to look at a project only to give me a quote that is far beyond what I've already received and then, unfortunately, I've wasted their time and my time has been wasted so it's good that with detailed pictures I saved myself a visit. They checked in with me the day before to confirm that the appointment, which was very nice because then I knew they hadn't forgotten me.
