You show up at the Signature Air Support Terminal, they help with your luggage, you show your ID then you board the plane... so easy and fast! Our pilots were very friendly and courteous. The shelves were filled with pretty much anything that was ordered ... bottles of wine and vodka, juices, coffee, fuji waters, pretty much anything.
