Armen is definitely one of the most professional, reliable drivers I've ever seen. It's no wonder that he has so many return customers, including me. He always dresses in a suit (which is overkill, but appreciated!) and comes into the airport to pick up my luggage, or to my door to get my luggage from my home. He is prompt, patient and has always gotten me to the airport on time or even home in time to pick up my dog from doggy daycare. I can't say enough about how clean his vehicles are (I've been picked up in a big, brand new Cadillac Escalade and a new Lincoln MKZ). He always has water available and is an utter gentleman. I've ridden in several stretch limos from other services with less quality than this. Armen's service is not a novelty, it's definitely luxury. Conversation is as frequent or infrequent as you'd prefer. I always prefer to chat with him because he's just a flat out nice dude and a family man. He's very knowledgeable and makes a ride to or from the airport very enjoyable (as much as it can be to travel!). On my most recent trip home to Cbus, 2/1/16, my flight was rerouted to Cincy which put me out about 1.5hrs and I didn't feel comfortable asking my sister to wait around. When on the ground and able to call, Armen answered and was available at a moment's notice. I was floored that he was able to get my wife and I on such short notice. He provided his usual prompt, professional service, meeting us at the baggage carousel to grab our luggage for us. I had the most incredible experience with RManVan. I wish that I could give him 20+ stars! I contacted Armen a few months back to inquire about him driving my daughter and her date to her senior prom this month in his Luxury Cadillac Escalade. His company was one of the very few car service companies that I researched. After I read his exceptional online reviews, I knew I wanted to contact him. Doug arrived before the appointed time of 5am even though the GPS was confusing. We got to the airport in plenty of time and my stress level was immediately lowered. I had the pleasure of booking round trip car service to D.C for a mom-daughter weekend. We previously used urban express, who happened to not be able to accommodate our request. I was apprehensive about using another car service since we needed service at 4:00am. The morning of our flight Armen was outside a few minutes early. My daughter and I were greeted with a warm good morning and luggage assistance. The car a Lincoln MKZ was clean and luxurious with water bottles in the back for us. Armen engaged us with polite and pleasant conversation and assured us if our pick up for our return. We arrived on time to the airport. Our return flight experienced several delays, however this company stayed on top of the changes in our flight schedule and was in time for our pick up. I appreciated this so much after a weekend at the Smithsonian and hours at the Washington D.C airport. I was beyond exhausted. Amazing! We are incredibly grateful to Armen for his service. We sent our 15 year old on his first solo trip to go to camp this summer. Armen meet him at baggage claim, checked him into camp, stayed with him until he was all set and settled in, picked him up on time and made sure he was organized and heading in the right direction at the airport before leaving. We used RMan Van on Valentines day. He picked us up with literally 15 minutes notice (We were planning on driving ourselves, but last minute my husband decided to see if we could get a driver.) from the very busy downtown Columbus Hilton. May I add, it was 0 degrees and so so windy out, so when Armen pulled up out front in his sleek, black, WARM sedan, we were so excited!! His car was perfect inside, smelled good, water available if we wanted. He took us to dinner, then picked us up again with a simple call when we were almost finished eating. Armen took us to franklin park and dropped us off right at the front door (so nice with the weather!), and picked us up again about an hour later. Wonderful service, very polite and even nice to talk to! We will defiantly use Armen again! In the past six years, first my son and then my daughter attended Denison University, and flying in from out of state, Armen's RmanVan has consistently been our go-to for getting the kids to and from campus. Just last night, I trusted him to pick up my daughter at the airport after 11:00 pm in one of the bigger snowstorms of the year. I had a colleague fly out to Columbus during the winter season. She was there for one day and then was heading off to North Carolina. I used R-Man Van as her transportation service to and from the airport. The day she was supposed to fly out, the last Nor'easter struck, cancelling 4,000 flights on the East Coast. Her flight was delayed but she needed to get down to North Carolina. We didn't want to chance her getting stuck so I called Armen and told him the circumstances. Without any hesitation, they were road tripping. That day, Doug (her driver) drove 17 hours so she could make her meeting. His quick response back after being contacted with short notice on our transportation request and his follow up prior to our arrival was just another example of how he operates his business. The on time pick ups and drop offs were perfect for our transportation requirements which involved negotiating a very congested area which was the biggest college football game of the year at OSU on Saturday Nov. 26. The Cadillac Escalade was an unbelievable ride for the six of us and our driver Dennis was a true professional as he knew the easiest and quickest route into and out of the stadium area. Armen is an absolute gentleman and a safe driver. I called him the day before requesting an 11 hour round trip service (4 hours each way and 3 hours waiting for my meeting) and he rearranged his schedule last minute to personally drive me. The drive was pleasant and peaceful. Armen was always courteous and polite. My meeting went over and he ended up waiting longer than the 3 hours -- and didn't even charge extra! Unfortunately, RMan was not able to work with the timing for my wedding reception. However, Armen was extremely gracious to work with, following up with other clients to see if he could squeeze us in. He's stayed in constant contact over the last few days going above and beyond trying to accommodate us and help us with our reception. RMan Van has been providing me weekly service for several months. They have competitive pricing, vehicles that are squeaky clean, fairly new, and in top shape. Not a clunker in the fleet. The drivers are professional and very friendly. They are also very helpful. My driver always meets me at the luggage area of the airport, takes my bags, loads the car, helps me in the car, and so importantly, drives me safely and comfortably to where I am going. No drama, no worries, superb service, decent pricing. I am a constant traveler, averaging trips 45 weeks out of the year. I have not had better service, and can only think of one other service that is in the same ballpark and they are out of Atlanta. I was traveling alone from CVG to Findlay, OH and needed a safe and comfortable way to make this trip. I made the arrangements after reviewing the website and a phone call. I was communicated with from the time I landed until I was met at the base of the escalator in baggage claim. I arrived on time after an enjoyable ride. My return trip was superb. I inadvertently left my cell phone in the car and when I discovered the loss, I called my phone and learned that Arman had discovered this and was already at the airport looking for me to return it. Yet another fantastic experience with RManVan. Before a long trip, I realized last minute that we hadn't booked transportation to the airport. It was going to be impossible to get all our luggage from the parking area to the terminal. Excellent service! Armen is friendly and very helpful. It was our first visit to Columbus and he was waiting for us at baggage claim at the airport. On our way to the Hilton he introduced the city to us, what the main areas are and places to check our during our trip which we definitely appreciated! Hello this is our 4th experience with RMANVAN . I wanted to post another comment about this company. 4 of us were traveling to Asia for the holidays for a month we reached out to Armen for transportation of course he was very happy to take care of us.
