The husband got the one pound chicken parm that comes with mac & cheese. It sounded a little odd but he liked it a lot and was seriously huge! The Mac & cheese was tasty. Chicken Riggies- was looking forward to this, as it is one of my favorite pasta dishes but was sadly disappointed. First it came out lukewarm. The sauce was good but the chicken was cut up in toddler bite-sized pieces. Very odd! There is a driving range, an executuve par 3 course, and an 18 hole course that is 6000 yards long. Complete with breath taking views and a patio grill/bar that makes you not want to go home...The golf staff is attentive and the wait staff dedicated. I did not partake in the live entertainment provided by the club on Friday evenings but heard that it is most enjoyable. The prices are right and I am looking forward to booking an outing here next year!

Having two people in each cart, I'm not sure how that could happen. But, off we went. After hole one we decided that all six of us could join together and play captain and crew, to ensure we did not hold anyone up. Lo and behold, there was no one on the golf course behind us to hold up. On the sixth hole green, the owner came along, chastised us, and told us to separate. Again, Father's Day, no one around, and we were playing captain and crew. This is not the type of person my family will be giving its business to. The attached pictures are immediately following the sixth hole reprimand, proving there was no one on the course.

The range was closed and the course was on a frost delay without any notice. Weird, considering it was just dew and in the high 40s. The strangest part was the inability of the pro shop to manage the inadequacies of the morning by not answering simple questions. Then the manager or pro (no one knows) showed up at 930 (it's Saturday at a golf course mind you). Sure, I gave the pro shop kid a hard time, but seriously, I signed up for golf and the product/service I ordered was not being provided due to poor management and communication. They also told me they were the only course open this time of year, yet I left and played Highland Meadows immediately. After waiting for 45 minutes without any real guidance or idea what was going on (people standing around in parking lot), I left. This place puts the country in country club. A better approach would be calling golfers when the course is closed, but that would take work. Golfers deserve better service.

As you make your way around this track, you'll be treated to beautiful scenery and picturesque vistas from the higher holes. Pricing is modest- in a metro area, this course would cost a lot more to play due to its quality. I took a cart today, and played 18 ($36) but this course is walkable for the brave. I could see walking nine in the future. I'll be back.
