They managed the group of 44 people (12 players & familes) and coordinated everything. From flights, hotel, dining, restaurants, broadway show, beach tours, Old Havanna tour, classic taxi's, etc. I could not have asked for a better vacation. We went there to play in the Copa Amistad softball tournament but we had so many other activities. The Cuban people were great and we had a really nice vacation! Thank you to Maricarmen, Mabel, the bus guides, the hotel staff, the Cuban Softball National Team, and everyone involved. They searched high and low and tried to work with me on finding the most economical flight for 2 people. Vicky "booked" my flight for me and said she would keep calling the airline in taiwan and get me seats. When I called them back to tell them that I was instead going with a different agency (first time) they were totally nice about it and did not act snooty afterwards. They are going to refund my credit card and I totally appreciate the time and effort they have put in.
