They managed the group of 44 people (12 players & familes) and coordinated everything. From flights, hotel, dining, restaurants, broadway show, beach tours, Old Havanna tour, classic taxi's, etc. I could not have asked for a better vacation. We went there to play in the Copa Amistad softball tournament but we had so many other activities. The Cuban people were great and we had a really nice vacation! We also went well before the insurance renewed. About a month later now we received notice of renewed service that he was going to be charged for his car insurance. He went to another AAA location and they told him the Whittier location did not cancel the insurance but did everything else we requested at that time. That was the main thing we went for. That's very strange to me and suspicious. I wish I remembered the woman's name and usually I'm not this bothered but it's a lot of money and it's so confusing trying to figure out where we went wrong when she did everything else we asked. Vicky "booked" my flight for me and said she would keep calling the airline in taiwan and get me seats. When I called them back to tell them that I was instead going with a different agency (first time) they were totally nice about it and did not act snooty afterwards. They are going to refund my credit card and I totally appreciate the time and effort they have put in.
