Paid it came back again with the smog to receive my sons tags .So i stood around to get sticker as it's paid. I wanted to make sure i was correct in waiting here . 20 minutes passed and still line not moving and was late now for work for a basic question.Walked over to a lady asked if she knew of situation of state and said no and was Rude rolled her eyes went back again to receptionist who again the third time I was told wrong that they would send the sticker? Didn't make sense again. I walked out and then back in walked back to the back and saw Stephanie at DMV services there was no one in her seat so I asked could i please ask a question and could you help me.Said Yes with such warmth sit for a minute. I've been told wrong 3 times now. She looked up everything saw what was wrong and Boom like wonder woman took care of it. As Beautiful as she is Sweet and Kind. They managed the group of 44 people (12 players & familes) and coordinated everything. From flights, hotel, dining, restaurants, broadway show, beach tours, Old Havanna tour, classic taxi's, etc. I could not have asked for a better vacation. We went there to play in the Copa Amistad softball tournament but we had so many other activities. The Cuban people were great and we had a really nice vacation! I'd look elsewhere for airport transportation (there's a lot in LA). Received an email with my…read moreflight being tracked for an earlier arrival (9:22pm about 25 mins) and was told the driver would be there early as well with this info (yayyy!) That wasn't the case. Received a text from the driver that "I'll start making my way in" to LAX at 9:41pm ( he had info that my plane was landing at 9:22pm), no biggie, luggage takes time. Went out to curbside at 9:44pm. He ends up showing up at 10:18pm...I waited 34 minutes at curbside (an HOUR after I landed) for a pickup that was supposed to be on time (remember, they knew HOURS in advance that my arrival would be early). And the kicker? There's a tray with a vape and small torch that my daughter trips over on the vehicle floor and a dirty plastic fork as well. I get that things happen and sometimes there's traffic, but when you know when and where you're supposed to be hours in advance, you plan. I even tipped the driver because the company must not be training their drivers correctly, and I'll expect some type of compensation from this mishap. This is professionalism at its base for a private car service that charges hundreds of dollars. Like I said, look elsewhere, there's tons of competition. I'll update this review if everything is handled correctly from the office.
