The owner of Netcong Village florist did an amazing job for my father's funeral service this past weekend March 2026. We had no appointment and he was not prepared for us to come and we were a little concerned the job would not get done to the full expectations we were hoping for. He more than succeeded the expectations, he did not skimp with the flowers at all. The arrangements were beautiful, and bountiful. We will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend Netcong village Florest. I had made an order online since I am out of the state and sending the flowers to my brother. I had made the arrangement for 2 weeks out originally. I needed them for the passing of his dog and unfortunately his dog passed away way sooner than expected. I had called after hours to see if I could get the date moved. He called me back (again this is after they were closed for the day) and said no problem we will have them delivered tomorrow. He was so nice and accommodating, and made no fuss about it. Especially during a time such as a pandemic, you are working in a place that is supposed to be comforting and helping people feel better. Michael made the most beautiful nosegay for for my daughter's First Communion. She was just delighted and carried her flowers proudly. We didn't give him a lot of lead time to make the arrangement and he was able to deliver all of the flowers in the colors that she wanted. WORST customer service ever! Went in to buy flowers for my best friend who was going to get proposed to. The guy in the front (older white male), didn't get his name, didn't even welcome us, had a very smart answer to give to any questions we had. I got a dozen roses (6 white and 6 red) and all he did was put it all in a piece of paper and taped it up. No arrangement of the flowers or nothing. He charged me $60 for that and I could've paid half the money and got beautiful flower arrangement somewhere else. Will never return to this place again. read more

We ordered flowers for my sister in law, to greet her as she moved into her new home in Hackettstown. I was concerned that this was beyond their delivery range, but relieved that Michael said it could be done. He fit it into what must be a typical busy summer Saturday - I imagine there could have been several weddings already on his schedule. In the photo sent shortly after arrival, it's clear that she received very fresh flowers in abundance, tastefully arranged. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Except there is more - I just talked with my SIL - a full week later - and they're still going strong. The flowers I ordered via FTD for Valentine's Day arrived on time, but were sloppily arranged and there were no roses. The florist promised to correct the problem, not with a replacement arrangement, but by retrieving the original and stuffing 4 full-sized roses into an already stem-jammed vase. In the initial phone call he indicated there should have been 5 roses (presumably small ones); but in the second call, he told me it only called for 2 and he was giving me 4 as an apology. I think he was dissembling a bit to cover the fact that he didn't have the right flowers to begin with. Lesson learned: buying flowers on-line is a mistake. read more

We knew pretty much what we wanted and he put it together - two center pieces. They were perfectly wonderful and over a week later they still look pretty good!
