She called the leasing office about that and they said its nothing they can do and told her she owed $3000. BULLSHIT! With the current management, I have only consistently interacted with one person (Gabby), and she has been very dismissive. My experience: The apartment was not move‑in ready. They could have easily given me a ready to move-in apartment but chose not to despite being informed of availability if the current one did not meet my liking. - Dirty and partially painted walls in some areas - Toilet flushometer not working in one bedroom - Window blinds missing the adjustment stick and a hole in the net - Kitchen garbage disposal not working - Balcony door did not lock securely - Kitchen cabinet hinges and handles are poorly installed and loose - Water fixtures like hose bibs are poorly installed in both bedroom bathroom - A big whole approx. 7 inches in diameter under the kitchen sink - No trash can provided, despite being charged valet trash fees - Dishwasher not working - Floor vibrates and shakes when the HVAC unit is turned on (both cooling and heating) (The last three issues are still unresolved as of this post. Several maintenance tickets were submitted before the dishwasher was finally addressed, yet it remains unresolved.) Despite all these issues, I had no choice but to take the apartment because I was relocating from Texas and was out of state. I gave management two months to fix everything before I returned. Those two months I continued to pay rent for an apartment with no furniture moved in. When I came back after those two months, nothing had been fixed. I then had to submit maintenance requests myself, and even now, these issues continue to go unresolved. (I will upload pictures later)

The front gate has been broken for 3 months now, causing the residents to be susceptible to theft and crime. There is no security patrolling the premises. Trash is found all over the community. I have been calling the office for weeks to speak with management regarding threatening emails sent about late payments when my rent was and has always been paid on time. I have been told my messages are being given to the assistant manager, and they would call me back and have yet to receive anything! If this is your idea of excellence and exceptional service, then you are sadly mistaken. I have lived in this community for 4 years and have never encountered the extreme lack of availability and communication as I have now. For the rent to be as high as it is, all amenities should be in working order, and there should be someone to speak with at the front office at all times that will return calls as well. The property is brand new and all the amenities are top tier. The staff is great from the property manager Tangela is so personable as well as the assistant property manager Taylor they make you feel like you are the most important resident. The leasing consultants are so patient and are very passionate about what they do. I mean the whole team is elite such a diverse group of residents everyone takes pride in living here. They security team as well as the courtesy officers here make all the residents feel safe it's like our own little oasis. I am most definitely a proud resident, I can't stop raving about the place!!!
