Upon a call from her potential landlord, we indeed verified she was currently renting from us, however we indicated no negative information against this young lady. As far as the $140 reduction from her initial security deposit, we reached out to Katie Kalk for a move out inspection, prior to the end of her lease. Katie Kalk failed to respond and did not complete the requested move out inspection. She did not leave the unit in the condition in which she obtained it. Every single one of our tenants prior to Katie Kalk had an excellent experience with our organization and rentals. The fact that she does not like our email address, financialdiva@yahoo.com is petty. It is common for rental organizations to not accept checks, cash, or credit cards. She is a 21 year old inexperienced renter from Utah. We have emails from Katie Kalk praising us for the excellent condition of our rentals and excellent condition of the unit. Katie Kalk is disgruntled because she suffered the consequences of not following the rules. Our corporate rentals are located in the heart of midtown, in a gated community. Our units come with washer/dryer, chef's refrigerator, hardwood floors, pest control, fireplace, private patio, queen sized beds, walk in closets, ceiling fans, and new trendy furniture. The community is quiet and the neighbors are excellent. The property is located next to 2 parks and the Kennedy Center. We offer personal showings at your request.
