VIANET is LIMITING the size of emails I am sending OR RECEIVING and completely FREEZE my account so that I am unable to Send or Receive my emails. I am required to use VIANET TOOLS, log into my account and manually DELETE emails. It is extremely FRUSTRATING. For Vianet there's 2 things they do not appear to realize: (1) You're pissing your customers off to the point whereby I am going to start the process of using a different email account NOT WITH VIANET; and (2) It's a complete waste of their resources because every time I also have to phone Customer Service to figure out what the hell is going on. Bye - bye VIANET.....you SUCK!.

Sometimes outages were for several hours to a day, and some lasted a week or more. Not convenient when you work from home.
