Her boyfriend and her run this laundromat. It is extremely clean and gets sanitized weekly! If you want clean clothes then consider that a clean environment is indicative of a place well taken care of which means your clothes are in amazing care! Ice cream season is almost done so check it out before it closes. If not, check them next season for ice cream but definitely wash your clothes there if you need that service.

I have quite a few options where I live and have been going to Brilotti cleaner on Laurier for…read moreyears. They do an impeccable job but are slightly pricier than nearby options. I came across this cleaner through their partners on Parc Ave. They don't do as good a job but seemed worth the price. I had been bringing in clothes for the last few months until a recent incident. I brought in a white linen shirt and when I came to pick it up there was a red stain on the pocket. Right away they were on the defensive when I asked what happened. They said you had a pen in your pocket or something in there, and that this never happens... Pretty ridiculous considering if you have a stain you show the cleaner and ask if they can remove it, and you'd see something in a white linen shirt pocket (not that I ever use that pocket anyway). The owner of the shop on Parc said it's out of her hands she needs to speak with the cleaner for a solution. I waited 2 weeks which is ridiculous finally for her to say they could not get the stain out. She gave me the contact of "Maikl" who runs this cleaner. I called him and he was rude. His solution was to bring it back in to try to bleach it. It's been over 3 weeks and no real solution. At this point my best option is to bring it to another cleaner. At the least you'd expect the owner to be polite and understanding... but he was rude and unprofessional. That's what you're dealing with if you go to this place. I realize it's worth paying the premium a good place like Brilloti charges. Too bad they had to ruin a nice shirt for me to realize this. My girlfriend also brought her winter jacket to this place and they charged a ridiculous amount and did a terrible job. Definitely avoid the place on Park. They ship it out and it's always super slow getting your clothes and then you get a run-around answer if something happens. Average quality with no customer service. In fact, there were a couple things they did not do, (which they easily could have justified charging me for), and said if I change my mind and want it done to come back in anytime. This saved me money, and probably doesn't even need doing. They are polite, courteous, bilingual, (probably trilingual or maybe more), and did it in good time frame.
