I was in a situation where I couldn't see my normal person in town so I booked here out of convenience. It was much more expensive than any other place in town but I figured it would be worth it. After my appointment I noticed that many of my lashes we're going in different directions. I tried to brush them with the lash brush only to find that over 50% of my lashes were glued together and tangled. I wore them for an event and even my girlfriends noticed that they looked strange. One friend commented that it looked like I was going to get poked in the eye. Upon further inspection I realized that many of my natural lashes had begun to fall out but because of the glue situation, they were still trapped in with the other lashes. As I started to remove the dead lashes as gently as I could, clumps began to fall out. I went to my regular gal and had them removed. My natural lashes are so damaged that she recommended waiting a week or two before getting a new set. I've had last extensions for four years, done all over the country and this was a first for me.
