Tracey from PIT quoted me over the phone after giving her the model number. She told me this price over the phone was a guesstimate but it gave me a ballpark to work with. I sat on that knowledge for several more months and decided to just do it, but because it had been so long I had forgotten what shop I had called. So, I got on Google reviews and called the first shop that came up; the man who answered was extremely short with me and disrespectful when I explained that I had been given a quote earlier. I am SO GLAD I followed my instinct and continued calling. AS SOON AS Tracey answered I knew it was the RIGHT place! Soooo, I was told it'd be probably a week after drop off, which made me laugh because what was another week? I dropped it off on a Wednesday, she called later and gave me the price after they checked it out, I approved it and BAMMM, I picked it up on Friday. Only one full day of wait time. This PIT Computers Inc, yeah...quick, efficient, friendly, and all at a GREAT price! What more could a customer want? The service is top notch! I'll never go anywhere else.

My older computer was completely wiped out and wouldn't even bring anything up. After I asked what happened to it, Ryan proceeded to yell that I had brought it in that way. Nick had turned it on when I brought it in. Then I asked to speak to the owner. Ryan continued with his attitude that the owner wasn't there, and he wasn't giving me his number. I told him I grew up with the owner. He went to get him. Then the owner got frustrated because I did not want to bring my only working computer in to them to try again. Then he started yelling and he and Ryan both stormed out. The owner did have someone call and apologize and say they would try and make it right, but it was such an unsettling experience, I would never go back in there alone. I would have never known until I got home that my old computer wasn't working if I hadn't turned it on there. They said I have brought my computers there for years, which I have. They have always put the programs on eventually, or I wouldn't have kept going back. Besides the yelling, the fact they never told me the computer wasn't working anymore was very disappointing. So they apologized, but it was such a bad experience that I will never set foot in that place again.

My saintly mother's 3-year old laptop was infected and running poorly, so I decided it best to reinstall windows on a new, bigger hard drive. She would have said NO, because for an 85-year old lady, change is unwelcome. But her computer savvy son insisted, so off we went! Service was quick and perfect.
