Then, I received a second text saying the technician would be here at 11:00. Well, he didn't show up. I waited until noon and contacted HelloTech. All I could get was a chatbot. The chatbot said they'd try to contact the tech. No one communicated anything with me. At 2:00, I finally said I wanted a refund. At no point in this entire process did I ever hear from the actual technician. Oh, and it takes 3-6 weeks to process the refund.
