After the appropriate inspections by the State & County, our utility company swapped out the old meter for a new, bi-directional Net Meter, so we can send spare capacity to the grid and get a 1 for 1 energy credit for future use. There were issues with the install and the batteries and NetZero ignored all of our calls so we ended up dealing with their supplier directly and got the issue fixed. Most recently we have found that some of their electrical work was not up to code and we have been trying to get in touch and they are not returning their our calls. DON"T HIRE THEM ...
