Recently I received a bill for $94 and a threat that if I didn't pay it within 5 days they would add 25% to bill, monthly until it was paid...they claimed they tried to contact me earlier about the bill? They had my phone number and I never received a call. They also had my address and I never received a letter...so they couldn't have tried too hard. I paid their bill, "for services not rendered" I definitely wouldn't recommend them....

Newton X, right through a well marked Hospital Zone. How do we know he was speeding all this time? We were going the speed limit and he continued to put distance between us, that's how. Does this person reflect Coastal Heat Pumps? Let's hope not because this jackass was not only acting in a criminal manner, but was reckless and pretty stupid as well. We have been considering a heat pump, but after witnesssing this criminal in action, we'll go elsewhere.

Even though the plumber was wrong and the second visit ended up being unnecessary, they insisted we had to pay $337 for the visit. Part of this charge was for a a helper who was getting on-the-job training. After questioning this invoice, we were told the charges were valid, but they removed the charge for the trainee. They said the remaining $218 would stand. We paid, but noted that we still disagreed and would leave a review as such. At this point the owner started emailing us about how "they are not God" and that any experienced plumber could make the same mistake. Sure, we all make mistakes, but it's not normal to make your customer pay for them. They offered us a refund of $42 if we agreed to remove the reviews. We didn't accept that offer as we'd rather let other potential customers know about our experience.

This service included a $65 charge (in addition to their labor cost) for them to use a drain auger. I thought this was a bit odd because it's s standard tool that every plumber has in their truck. 3 days after their work on the clogged drain the same sink backed up again. When I called them to have this remedied they basically said it wasn't their fault and there would be additional labor and an additional charge to use the auger. I declined to bring them back out and will explore other options in the future.
