We paid in advance, for all services, prior to the completion of the stump and root grinding. While they cut the tree down as planned, their grinding equipment failed, and they promised a quick return. After that, communication dropped significantly. After numerous follow-up text and voice messages, they finally responded. The end result was a VERY POOR JOB grinding the stump and roots, and left behind was a substantial mess of wood shavings, which worsened after the rain. Despite sending photographic evidence, they insisted the cleanup was complete and the stump grind was sufficient. We were forced to clean up the debris ourselves and are now left with a significant portion of the stump still in place, resulting in unfinished work. What began as a promising service ended in significant disappointment and incomplete job fulfillment. I do not recommend utilizing J&J Tree Service and if you choose to do so, do not pay them until the job is completed.
