Very poorly managed, staff doesn't keep you up to date as to why they are so behind. And you can't even see the doctor you need to see. Pathetic experience frankly. If you want a doctor that cares in the least about your time, THIS IS NOT THAT DOCTOR!!

That's a long time to sit in the lobby. I wish they would get better and scheduling appointments more realistically. The doctor has been around for a long time and is good at what he does. He is always friendly but can be hurried at times. He is knowledgeable and says it how it is, which is appreciated. He tries to find alternatives that might work before surgery. The office staff is friendly but hurried as well. Seems like it is just always incredibly busy there. Lobby wait times can be reduced by scheduling your appointment with one of the physicians assistants. They're equally knowledgeable, just as hurried but are worth seeing. Also, scheduling appointments can be way out, but again, scheduling an appointment with the PA will probably get you in quicker.

Since my last fusion I've continued to suffer greatly, unable to work, do daily chores, and just live without struggling with this pain. Well, I had another MRI and EMG and another nerve study done. I followed through on everything I was told I should do by the PA's in his office and even though a different doctor. And they proceeded to shut me down regarding the pain, stiffness and tightness, to name a few issues, and then proceeded to dismiss me from their care and told me to go find a new Neurologist because they didn't think I was a good candidate for surgery. First, please go over my test results, second,suggest a couple of different Neurologist's, third, just because I might not need another fusion right away, I still deserve to be treated like I was treated before each of my surgeries!! One last thing, in 2019 when I went back to see Dr. Pingree to go over a recent MRI which was ordered by a different doctor, he proceeded to yell at me and asked me why I didn't come in to him! Okay, I guess when you are no longer a good surgical specimen everyone in that office treats you like your out of your mind and that you have no idea what is happening within your own body?!?!? As far as I go, I'm extremely in touch with the going's on within my body and expect to be treated better that just a paycheck!!! She couldn't find anything on my chart. So I called the MRI facility who explained they sent the results weeks ago to my doctor. Few minutes later, Dr.Grose's office called to schedule an appointment to discuss my results. It makes me wonder how long I would have had to wait to get see my MRI results. It's evident to me they either don't care about their patients or that office is TOTALLY incompetent.
