I love that they have to cover all expenses with me BEFORE providing services, in case I decided my back wasn't worth the cost.... but the price range was well within what my back is worth. I started out with adjustments once a week, but as I got better, THEY reduced the number of times I came in, so they aren't just running me through for my money. Later, I fell and hurt my knee. Urgent care took my insurance's money for the x-ray and tetnus shot, then prescribed ibprofen without ever even touching my knee. My own PCM took two weeks to see me and said come back if it doesn't get better. Again, willing to pay money for my own health, I went back to Dr. Taylor who actually touched my knee and recognized it needed an adjustment, which he made; in and out in 20 minutes. We scheduled two week follow ups, but he told me to come back sooner if not continuing to improve. Today Dr. Taylor was out, so I saw Dr. Whitehead, who first asked if I was comfortable seeing him. Not the most comfortable adjustment, but he really dug into my leg today and actually moved things around and I was immediately stronger, all for the very reasonable price of an adjustment, which also included some nice work on my back and neck.

Had another appt last Tuesday and I watched 12 people go into the back, another 10 come in were agin seen and I was left alone. I asked why I was still waiting and they said they didn't know where my paperwork was but would look for it. After 10 min waiting, I left. The manager Sarah called me and wanted to rebook my appt. I asked why? I'm never seen on time. She said it is Doctor Vrostos policy that all patients are seen based upon their scheduled appointment time even if they come in 25 to 30 minutes late. What that means is if you have a 10:10 am appt and you come in 30 min late, say at 10:40 am, they are seen immediately. Pushing everyone else behind. The staff stood around gossiping for 20 minutes waiting for all these late people to show up and when they did, they were behind. What a dumb way to run a business. Sara the manager explained to me the Dr stands firm on that policy and refused to let me talk to the Doctor. She went on to say Dr V Never calls patients for complaints or issues. She then agreed that they did not respect my time or me as a patient. It's basically a waste of the Doctors time to deal with patients. I was shocked and could not believe she told me that but she told me not to wait around waiting for a call back because she will never call you back. So the manager was 100% correct a week has gone by and I've heard nothing from the doctor. You know the doctor is great, and if you only go once a year, maybe it's OK to wait that long out for an appointment. But when you go many times a year, it is totally disrespectful to be treated like that. I've already found a new doctor already have an appointment.

In midyear 2023 they no longer accepted my insurance provider Cigna Dental. The only change for me was that MGM Dentistry moved from an in network provider to an Out of Network provider. Out of Network providers with Cigna Dental are still paid and I have a ZERO DEDUCTIBLE for two annual routine dental visits. After several requests to this group to file my claim correctly they have done nothing and continue to invoice me $250 plus for a cleaning that clearly is a ZERO deductible to me. To further complicate and inconvenience me is that MD is in the middle of replacing a warranted crown that I paid in full. The crown procedure cracked my tooth root and two months later I am paying an Oral Surgeon to extract the tooth and prepare my jaw for an implant. However I remain in limbo since MD can't get my coverage straight. I never asked for this situation and I feel MD has dropped the ball and is unwilling to take the task to manage a transition in insurance coverage created by their action.
