Kevin was very attentive and friendly. Keilani was a great instructor, we trusted her expertise and she made the entire flight a stress-free experience. Auto Shipping Group usually does a good job with the companies they use to ship cars, but they really dropped the ball with this company. I shipped my brand new SUV From Michigan to Texas. Upon delivery the windshield on my brand new 2021 vehicle had a crack in it. When they picked the suv up, the vehicle was 100 percent intact. I even had a video to prove it. Once I saw the crack upon delivery I immediately notified the driver and the owner before I drove off the lot, and they refused to own Up to the fact that they caused the damage while shipping. They went on to say that this was not their fault and the crack was probably there when they picked it up. Once again please remember that this is a brand new car! I sent them the video of my cars condition upon pickup and they still gave me the run around concerning the payment to repair the windshield. Fast forward three months after I have been contacting this company to get payment for a new windshield. I was ignored, accused of lying about the windshield, and was labeled "difficult to deal with". After three months of going bath and forth about payment and even sending them a letter with a notification that they were being sued for payment due to the damages, I received my money to fix the windshield. As a customer who paid 1000 for their services, I shouldn't have had to go through this drama. If you want to have a damaged vehicle upon delivery, be hassled, receive poor communication from the owner, and poor customer service, go with this company. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! GO WITH ANOTHER SOMEONE ELSE!
