I genuinely thought we kept a pretty clean home, at least somewhat clean, but seeing what she was able to do opened my eyes. What impressed me most was how she went above and beyond without me even asking. I wasn't expecting certain areas to be cleaned at all, yet she tackled them with the same care as everything else. The stove, oven, and fridge especially, I didn't even know those were part of the package, but she made them look brand new. Her meticulous dedication, her quiet professionalism while I worked, and her commitment to doing the job correctly are unmatched. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

What a waste of money. Cons: - SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE: Their "customer service" is horrible and very clearly just a call center in another country. They will quote you the highest possible rate for new customers unless you ask about other options. Then there's "Jessica" their Yelp "Business Manager" who is also obviously just a stock image of some woman that gives AI responses. - JOB INCOMPLETE: My house (3 bd 2 bath) was already in pretty good condition aside from some dusting/mopping/vacuuming that was needed. For this reason, I booked the Custom Clean with one cleaner ($115) instead of Deep Clean (approx $250). The cleaner spent ONE HOUR alone on one bathroom knowing that time was limited and there were more rooms to get to. Eventually she ran out of time after 2.5 hours and only got to one bedroom, two bathrooms and the kitchen counter tops (no mopping or dusting in the kitchen). Now I'm paying for her poor time management and cleaning the rest of the house myself. - UPDATED: Card hold: Customer service told me I would not be charged until after the cleaning was complete, but immediately after booking, a hold for the total amount was put in my card. Pro: - The cleaner arrived on time and brought her own cleaning supplies but I guess that's kind of expected.

I prepaid for the estimated quote over the phone. Max, with the back office team, confirmed my schedule and was available if I had questions. Carla was my cleaning professional. She arrived early, showed up with all her tools and solutions in hand. She put on booties as she entered my home. She walked the two bathrooms and then got to work. She ran over by 30 minutes. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great. Dusted, mopped, trash emptied, mirrors clean, trash liners added to the dust bins, and even the paper label put over the toilet cover and seat to show it had been sanitized. Great team Carla and Max. You set the quality bar super high.
