Darnell spent an entire afternoon trying to get the floors right, but the residue was pretty tough in spots. He went the extra yard to go buy special cleaning solution too, but unfortunately that didn't get it all either. We were doing a much larger smoke-remediation project and needed the carpets and tile/grout professionally cleaned as part of it. They cleaned the carpets, stairs and landing, did a deep scrub before extraction, treated the carpet for odors, and cleaned roughly 600 square feet of tile and grout. They were thorough, professional, and fairly priced. What stood out most to me was that they didn't seem interested in just getting in and out as quickly as possible. They actually took the time to clean everything properly. The tile and grout in particular came out looking much better, and having the carpets professionally cleaned and treated was another important piece of getting years of smoke residue and odor out of the house. Since we were preparing to sell the home, we wanted the floors to look their best and reached out to this company for a professional cleaning and sealing. The owner and an assistant came out to do the work. While the results were acceptable, we were disappointed in a few key areas. First, they caused damage to a wall corner inside the home, and also backed their truck into a rented dumpster in our driveway. Thankfully, the dumpster wasn't damaged, but we received no apology or offer of compensation for the damage to our property. In terms of cost, we were charged $875. Considering the job took only a few hours and they used readily available consumer-grade products (specifically StonePro products, which can be purchased on Amazon), we felt the price was excessive. Given the quality of the materials, the brief time spent on the job, and the lack of care taken with our property, we do not believe we received good value for the price.
