I highly recommend melen cleaning. Not only did they come the next day after I requested them, the worked very hard to leave the place spotless. The took out all the trash, washed the dishes, and straightened out clutter. This was not an easy job by far. My family member can be a Tasmanian devil at times and this job was particularly challenging. However they came and went strait to work. They hit a grand slam in my opinion. Needed a deep clean after moving most of furniture, etc out of home. I called Maria who had been here twice before with no issues. She said was on vacation and texted me that she would send someone else. Maria asked if I minded if the lady's husband came to help. I said ok. He dropped her off so she was by herself. Lady showed up 10 minutes late, no big problem, but about 40 minutes later I get a text from Maria saying the lady told her we had remodeled and there was soo much dust and that she was raising the price. I said, no there was no remodel all I said was please do not put your mops against the wall because we just repainted. There was no remodel or other construction dust like she claimed. Language barrier was also an issue which we had previously talked to Maria about. In fact, I didnt need anything done in 2 of the bedrooms. I even sent her pictures of how open everything was and the condition. It was no dirtier than the 1st time she came to deep clean. Probably less so. She said she couldn't get the pictures but would have the lady send her a video. I refused to pay more than we agreed on and she told the lady to leave. The lady then offered to clean my house herself on Sunday for $20 less. Must not have been that dirty. I thought I had found a reliable person, but NO. Maria and her cousin whose name I wasn't told came by to look at the disaster I needed cleaned. While I spoke with Maria in the kitchen her cousin took a look around the house. We agreed on a time then Maria asked to switch the time from the late afternoon to the morning. No, that wouldn't work. So then she said OK, they could come in the afternoon. I wasn't comfortable with her unnamed cousin wandering around my house where I couldn't see him, and I didn't appreciate the change in time suggestion when we had an agreed upon time. They were at our house for 4+ hours deep cleaning the whole house. They even cleaned out the hard to reach areas under oven and fridge. I attached 2 photos before cleaning to this review.
