I booked a couple's massage at Navaeh of Hartville on May 12 for my one year anniversary. The two ladies who did our massages were very friendly and pleasant. The massage was very relaxing. I booked a one hour massage, that, according to their description on their website is a total of 1 hour 15 minutes, the extra 15 being for changing, etc. The massage was scheduled for 3:45-4:00. We were taken back a couple minutes late, and done a few minutes early... perhaps 5-7 minutes total off of the total 75 minutes. No big deal, as it was closing time, and it was only a few minutes. My girlfriend later booked us a return visit, this time for a whole spa day, for June 2. We were scheduled for a hot stone aromatherapy pedicure from 11:15-12:45. The two girls were pleasant, but seemed a bit distracted, as they were very talkative with each other, and forgot to offer us a choice of aromatherapy oils, and also forgot to prepare our paraffin dips on time, which led to the session going slightly longer than 12:45. We thought this was okay though, as our couple's massage was scheduled at 1:00, and we should be able to almost go right back. Not the case. I believe the ladies did not come get us for our massage until around 1:15-1:20. By the time we changed and they came back and started on our massages, it was probably around 1:30. Once again, this was supposed to be a total of 75 minutes, to be followed by a one hour organic couple's facial which also stated a total time of 75 minutes. (Although the entire time booked online for both was from 1:00-3:15, so that was a bit confusing. Shouldn't it have been scheduled until 3:30?) Anyways, Missi (who is great and very friendly and pleasant, I have no complaints about her personally at all, she did my massage both times I was here) began on my massage by doing my whole back part of my body. Once she had me turn over, she began on my facial, which honestly threw me off as I did not know both were going to be done at the same time, and it felt strange for my massage to be interrupted. Also, I had no way of knowing at this point how much time had actually been spent on a massage, or how much time was being spent on my facial. She finished the massage and facial, sort of went back and forth between the two. Once we were told they were done and they left the room, we were able to get up, look at our watches and see that it was only 3:08. This wasn't even a full two hours from the time we were brought into the room, let alone the extra 15 minutes that was supposed to be allowed for each. So, the total time spent on both our HOUR massage and HOUR facial was only a little over an hour and a half tops. Without being able to tell exactly how much time was spent on each, I would say perhaps we received a 45 minute massage and a 45 minute facial. Maybe 50 minutes each tops. This was a bigger difference than the 5-7 minutes from the first time, which made it much more noticeable, and upsetting. My girlfriend paid a lot of money to receive three separate services here all in one day. I understand there could have been confusion, or an innocent mistake. However, my girlfriend was understandably upset about having spent so much money and feeling "ripped off", so she spoke with the front receptionist about her dissatisfaction as we were paying and checking out. She assured us that she would have a manager call us as there were no managers available that day. My girlfriend has been waiting for a call she has never received ever since (over 2 weeks ago). She finally decided to call yesterday, and (surprise) she was told there was no manager available again. She finally received a call back from one later, who only proceeded to argue with her, tell her she was wrong, basically call us liars and told us there was absolutely nothing she would do for us. This is horrible customer service. This spa would be wonderful and I would absolutely return again if it weren't for the absolutely horrendous customer service. The women who work there are very pleasant and friendly (even though the girls doing the pedicure were distracted, they were still very nice), the place is clean and relaxing, but being told you're wrong as a customer, feeling ripped off when you have spent hundreds of dollars and being told there is nothing they will do to make up for their mistake... this horrible customer service will make me sure to never return. My money would be better spent elsewhere. read more

I'm new to the area and this salon had the best online reviews from what I researched. I have to agree with them. The salon is incredibly clean and has a very relaxing feel to it. I made my appointment online, which was quick and easy to do. I had a hair-cut and single color. My stylist was great. She listened to what I wanted, offered a few suggestions (which I am always open to! They are the professionals!). My hair turned out great and I will definitely return. Everyone I encountered was very nice and professional. They have a wide range of services available and specials to go with them. I definitely recommend them and will be returning. read more

I've been here a handful of times for haircuts, an eyelash tint, and today for a facial with Bridget. I should have written a review before; I've had great experiences each time but after today's facial I really owe them a review. I have never felt so relaxed, and everything about the environment was completely peaceful and comfortable. And then I got home and really looked in the mirror and where did my forehead lines go?!?! I wish I had taken a "before" picture because I can't believe how much better my frown lines look. This was SO worth it. I can't wait for next time. read more

Wow! If you want the most relaxing, wonderful experience of your life then you have found the right place! I recently visited Nevaeh Salon and Spa for the first time for a facial and massage. I have been numerous places and this was by far the best experience all around I have ever had!! I was promptly greeted by their staff and served coffee.
