The spot in my face was not anything to be concerned about, however after screening my entire body by the Dermatologist, they found a Malignant Melanoma on my leg. It was removed and the pathology report came back clear after it was removed. If it hadn't been for Sarah, I wouldn't have found this and the end result may have been very different! This was after the stylist had two tries, used toner and "let the purple shampoo sit" in my hair for some time. After getting in contact with the salon manager/owner, she refused to give me a full refund but offered to fix my hair herself. I did get $60 back, and agreed to come in for a 3rd attempt. This experience was MUCH better. The owner, Amanda, was able to take out the brassy tone and blend the colors so it's no longer blunt. While it's not exactly the color as I wanted, it is SO much better and I feel like I got my money's worth. Also another stylist, Brandon, was super nice and styled my hair perfectly, making sure to inform me on the products he used in my hair. Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located. I have super long and silky dark hair and she has done an amazing job keeping my hair very healthy while we have colored it from dark, to heavily highlighted blonde, back to dark. She just knows exactly what to do. I said I wanted the blonde color to be like Jennifer Aniston and it couldn't have been more perfect. She gives an amazing cut and has such an eye for color its amazing. I have never received as many compliments on my hair as I have since she has been doing it. They use only top notch products here too. My mom and I also ordered halo extensions through the salon for my wedding and love it! I didn't need it for length really but just wanted some extra fullness for special occasions. My fiance has since started coming here for his cuts too!
