They had diagnosed the problem (it was a screw in the tire), repaired it, and called to let me know it was ready before 10:30! To add icing to the cake, the repair cost was very reasonable. I would not recommend this company. I had my starter replaced with them in February, and the very…read morenext day my car wouldn't start. They told me it was due to a faulty part but assured me it was under warranty and replaced it a few days later. Fast forward to August, and my starter has already failed again. After spending $750 here, I now have to pay over $1,100 at the Honda dealership to finally have it done correctly. If these parts are truly "brand new," why do they keep failing? This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel taken advantage of. In my opinion, this place is unreliable and a waste of money.
