They had diagnosed the problem (it was a screw in the tire), repaired it, and called to let me know it was ready before 10:30! To add icing to the cake, the repair cost was very reasonable. Both told me that I should have no problem seeing out but that I could decide later and gave me pricing for both options. I arrived, saw their work and decided for front included. The installation tech came out to talk to me and allowed me to get something from car while he was installing. They let me have a loaner as well. Superior service! I would not recommend this company. I had my starter replaced with them in February, and the very…read morenext day my car wouldn't start. They told me it was due to a faulty part but assured me it was under warranty and replaced it a few days later. Fast forward to August, and my starter has already failed again. After spending $750 here, I now have to pay over $1,100 at the Honda dealership to finally have it done correctly. If these parts are truly "brand new," why do they keep failing? This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel taken advantage of. In my opinion, this place is unreliable and a waste of money.
