At first, they told me they couldn't figure out the issue, but then called me back and said they wanted to keep the car to continue working on it. The next day, I was told it would be fixed and charged $2,000 for the repair. Not even 2-3 weeks later, my A/C was still blowing hot, meaning the issue clearly wasn't resolved. When I called back, I was then told the leak hadn't actually been fixed and it would cost an additional $500. At that point, I started to lose trust, but I considered paying it since I don't know much about cars. After some time, I called again and kept getting the runaround--being told I'd get a call back and never hearing anything. When I finally got them to look at it again, I was given multiple different diagnoses (evaporator coil, then A/C pump), which didn't match what I originally paid them to fix. The worst part of this experience was the way I was treated. I received a rude voicemail saying "you must be that f***ing important" because I missed a call while I was at work. When I called back, the owner, Michael, was extremely unprofessional--yelling at me and telling me to "get a lawyer" if I wanted anything done, and refusing to take responsibility for the original repair. When I went to pick up my car, they had left my dashboard taken apart, which felt incredibly unprofessional and petty. They also showed me an invoice claiming they couldn't duplicate the leak, which completely contradicts what I was originally told when I paid $2,000. Overall, this experience felt dishonest, disorganized, and very disrespectful. I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle.
