It's a great way to meet companies you know and those that you're not familiar with and get to know more about them and their open positions. * You can always go to the website prior to the job fair to see who will be in attendance. Booklets are handed to you at the registration table of the companies and the positions that they are hiring for along with contact information for each company. Most companies come prepared to interview on the spot or schedule you to come into the office for an interview so always be prepared. * Event is setup so you can identify each company by their banner. HireLive require the attendees to come professionally dress and with plenty of resumes. * HireLive is one of the most impressive job fairs because of the companies have real positions they are hiring for and not just handing you a flier telling you to go apply online. These events are so necessary because it gives you an opportunity to work on your interviewing skills and to present a strong short conversation regarding your skillset. You will leave this hiring event with a sense of accomplishment. * It's a great networking opportunity because another attendee gave me information regarding a part-time opportunity while looking for fulltime employment.

Our blog and travel brand requires tons of content for our social media audience. Finding a talented creative team that can manage all of our media needs was hard. We have been so fortunate in working with this talented team. They have been so great at teaching us so many things and our videos reach our audience in such a more captivating way. They've been able to put craft and produce our Cuba, Hong Kong, Paris, and Prague video campaigns. They manage our media needs so that we can focus on growing our brand. I highly recommend their content production and advertising services. Wish I could upload a one minute video on Yelp. They are just damn amazing.

He hired some great talent who put a lot of effort into making sure I was happy with the final product. You can tell that the quality of his work has significantly improved over the last few years. Now, the challenges: The people he referred to do marketing truly dropped the ball. I was passed off twice -- once to a secondary marketer, and then to a college junior. I was told that even though I would be working with a college junior that I'd be under the guise of the head marketer who is a college professor in business. They were hard to get ahold of and not sure how to proceed with any of our requests. At one point I was verbally promised results because they'd had so much experience with similar events in the past. Instead I ended up spending a total of $5700 on ads for zero return. Literally, zero. Since then I've consulted with a lot of other marketing firms who've specifically pointed out every single way they dropped the ball: -Lack of a funnel -No A/B testing -Not finding a way to retarget ads -Not installing a pixel right away -No regular reporting or updates I'm truly disappointed with the amount of money we've had to spend with little to no communication from the company afterwards.
