I stumbled upon Printex Printing and Graphics by accident. I work for a large consumer electronics company and ran into a timeline issue with one of our printers. I needed a large quantity of rebate pads printed and delivered to one of our largest accounts in a matter of days. I volunteer for The Ark of San Juan Companion Animal Rescue and, a few weeks ago, I needed to have a stationery order (letterhead, thank you card and envelopes) fulfilled. The main thing that I noticed when I walked into the shop is that everyone was very responsive and friendly. I brought examples of what I needed and Sheri and her team were able to create proofs rather quickly. The proofs were very professionally done and the final product was equally stellar. I appreciated Sheri's attention to detail and her helpful suggestions. She was also flexible and patient with my group's multiple needs and requirements (guaranteed to have driven most people crazy). I comparison-shopped before I called Printex and found its prices to be very competitive. I called another printer in South Orange County and had to follow up three times to get a quote even though we had worked with them before (geez!). I then went to an online printing service and after doing quite extensive research determined that I would not have much control over the quality/resolution which I equate to lots of wasted time which I really didn't have. I recommend Printex if you want your print job done right and if you are looking for a print shop that cares about delivering high quality and value to its customers. I had a very good experience with Printex. I own a windshield business and they did all the work on my refrigerator magnets, uniforms and business cards. I created our logo by myself on Microsoft publisher. All the other printers I talked to would not use that file and wanted me to do everything over again on different software. I didn't have the software that they wanted me to use so they wanted charge me to re-typeset everything. Oh please! I almost gave in, but luckily I made one more call and reach Printex. Sheri (the Owner) said that they could use what I had and everything came out beautifully. I also like that I'm dealing with a locally owned company.
