I just used New Age Gaming this past Saturday for my son's 10th birthday party. I chose the package with the 2hrs of the game truck and then 1 1/2 hours of laser tag- both were a HUGE hit!!! They arrived on-time, were very accommodating, helpful and kind. The game truck was perfect and had so many options both inside and outside for the kids to play. By far though, I think laser tag was the highlight of our party! The man who ran it was so helpful and organized. We had about 30 kids participating and he made it so easy to form teams (teams are 6 players each) and then rotate the groups every 4 min. Every kid loved this event so much! The lights, the fog machine, all the tents to hide in... it was seriously so much fun! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a game truck or laser tag. You will not be disappointed! Since the first contact with owner Victor up until the end we received quality customer service. The truck arrived a little late due to weather but as soon as they arrived I was informed they would be making up the time and adding and extra 15 minutes. The truck was very cool and had all the games the kids wanted. It was nice and clean and at all times there was a gentleman attentive to what the kids needed. Disappointed. The VR system was dead after 10 minutes of use. All the kids tried playing the outside race car game and it did not work correctly. The two workers provided were inside playing games instead of helping the kids. Kids were asked to get out of the truck 10 minutes early. Contacted customer service after I was told about the Vr issues by my son. Was given the run round. Said they would refund $75 but I feel like it was not worth the $325 that we paid. Was told they had 3 VR's but that was not the case. The one they had only last 15-20 minutes per them. Co-owner" was was very argumentative, accusatory, and rude. When I asked for a refund he accused me of extortion?!?! Do yourself a favor and book another company. read more

we had booked a party for this month on 3/18. we gave our deposit and a week later we received an email telling us our event was cancelled do to the lost on an owner and that we were going to refunded for our deposit. this was on 2/20/23. till today we have not received our deposit, nobody is responding to emails and the #951-786-8269 doesnt pick up. I understand if there was lost we did express our condolences. so not sure if the business is still running but i'm just trying to get our funds back. read more

I had the worst experience with new age gaming. The guys that showed up were unprofessional and lazy. Half the games were broken. No VR systems with a charge. No stadium seating? This is a great company. I wasn't expecting such a Good quality experience. We just celebrated a birthday with their laser tag event and let me tell you 2 hours went by quick!!! The kids didn't want to go home it was so much fun! The music and the fog machines with all the bunkers made the kids feel like they were in an actual video games themselves.
