Angie has been so patient and kind with me. I booked her super early in the year for my daughter's 3 year birthday party to make sure I can secure a spot since I know Halloween weekend tends to get busy. Unfortunately the day of my daughter's party had very strong winds where we couldn't set up or put anything in our yard so I had to call and let her know that would no longer work and that the softplay would have to go in our living room.. I called Angie (owner) she was already aware of my situation and really helped me out even with her being fully booked that Saturday. She had the color and play stuff that I wanted and showed up on time the day of, set up & also had a canopy available for us to rent last minute since the play area was set up directly in the sun! First let me start off by saying this I am not the one who leaves reviews but after what I experienced... how could I not. I had my two year old's birthday party coming up and it was a Toy Story theme. At first I was looking around at the soft play rental and I couldn't find anything that was going to fit my budget so I have to admit it to give up. My mother-in-law showed me La Petite Bebe Soft Play Rentals. It was two weeks before my little ones birthday party and I liked what I saw, so I sent her a message and she replied very quickly oh, then I spoke to her over the phone and I liked what she had explained to me. When she came over the next day. I'm not going to lie I was a little hesitant but when I met her I got Nothing but good vibes no red flags from her. It was like I was talking to one of my girlfriends so anywho, I did warn her that because of where we live the realtor told us that it's a wind tunnel and if you're from Fontana and you live in those certain parts you know exactly what I'm talking about. I was hoping that the weather would be great and we wouldn't have to have it Indoors but knowing my luck on a day of it was extremely windy and we had no choice but to have it inside the house but Angelica assured me that rain or shine she was able to to make this happen. AND SHE DID! When it came time for the setup. I was totally impressed! I was excited to see all the the equipment that she's setting up. The ball pit was huge that came with a slide. Jumbo Lego blocks, teeter totter a little bouncy cow which was so cute the color foam mats, the colorful Gates that matched my theme. I was so impressed, the set was amazing. I absolutely LOVED IT!!! Angelica was extremely professional she never talked at me she'd listen to me. Never once was she pushy, not once. I highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to have a memberful party for your little one. If you want me to find a negative thing to say.. the one thing I will say is that my little one was taking a nap (thank God) and it was time to return the equipment when he woke up my little one was bum to not have his play area anymore. Yes it was Dad watching him walk around the house looking for it. Lol that's the only bad thing I could say was that the equipment was gone (but if you think about it that was not on her that's on me. So nope, I take it back I have nothing bad to say) it took him a while to get back into good spirits. Lol. I can't say Thank you enough Angelica for making my little ones party amazing!! Thank you! thank you! thank you!!! I think if someone's willing to go that extra mile but in her case she went an extra 10 miles for me. If she did that for me, I know she'll do that for you too.
