We hired the Joker & Catwoman for my 40th birthday party. They were both so great, and my brother even commented that the joker's laugh sounded so much like the real joker we know that it was kinda scary! He was a ball of energy for the entire hour, and Catwoman mingled with all of our guests and I'm still wearing her lipstick kisses on my cheeks. :) We also had Star Wars characters, and Elvira, and the joker and catwoman interacted with all of the characters, and the banter was so hilarious. When Batman Flash and Joker came strolling down the street if full character ready to go I knew my kids were going to have a blast. I had characters reserved for 4 PM I am writing this 20 minutes after and nobody has shown up nobody has even called me to let me know they are running late I'm very upset and nobody answers the phone because business hours only Monday through Thursday? I don't even know if their going to show up. I'm very upset. Will not use them again consider another agency. My daughter is upset too. This is a follow up: they called me at 4:25 apparently confusion with scheduled they apologized for confusion told they would show up at 4:30 however they showed up at 4:45. Very unprofessional there were 3 girls some of my guests said they seem like they don't want to be here. I was annoyed by the whole experience. What's worse on Monday I finally got a call from the agency but only to let me know I had a balance! They wanted me to call right away to collect the balance. No apology or explanation for the 45 min late show just wanted the money. I will never use them again. Poor customer service quality and very unprofessional. We had The Amazing Spiderman and Black Cat come out to our Superhero Pool Party for our 10 year old boy and our 9 year old girl.
