I was getting so many compliments on my shoes and I looked down and I can see the peeling pieces poking out the side from under the ball of my foot. He replaced the heel tips and I believe he used some kind of cleaner on the shoes which caused them to peel . I definitely would not trust this business with expensive shoes! I went here because of the high revenues but I neglected to read the bad ones that include pictures of the workmanship or lack of. Big mistake! Source Peat Control immediately responded and had a technician come out the very next day. Awesome! They put down traps. We haven't caught the rat yet, but the traps are picking up all kinds of weird looking bugs lol grosssssss! But glad they are being caught. Poor lizard though! Hoping we catch the rat soon... I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. I was a little skeptical because of the very few yelp reviews but I was able to find more of their work on their Instagram page. Learning as I go there is a difference between trimming and skimming your palms! New news to me and an extra charge apparently. BUT with Perez Tree Service the price was far more economical than others. They arrived on time for their estimate appointment, was able to book an appointment quickly for the work and the job done was great! They left the yard very clean and no debris in my pool. On the plus side, my neighbor was left stranded from another tree company on the same day that Perez Tree Service was at my property and they were kind of enough to go over and do the work for my neighbor. That speaks volumes to me. I will definitely use them in the future !
