I was assigned the task of creating my mom's memorial card when she died. Because of going through thousands of photos and having problems with the scanner, I was very late to be able to get the file to a printer. I wasn't ready with the file until about closing time on Friday evening and the memorial was the next day. Very few printers would be working on Saturday, and of the few that were, they could not handle the oversized nice paper that we were planning on using. I can't remember the owner of Redlands Print's name (the work that I am rating was seven months ago) but he was sympathetic, and he and a couple other workers stayed late on Friday evening to print them for us even helping with some last minute touchups on the file. I could tell that he is in it not just for the money, but really wants to do the best job that he can and help out. All of us family were beyond impressed. The cards came out beautifully. I needed a ton of prints in different sizes for an art show. They printed samples of my designs for free so I could make sure it's what I wanted and that the colors came out right. Redlands Print Shop was able to help on a last minute order when the printer we were working with messed up our business cards. We called them at 4:15, and even though they close at 5:30, they were there to help. They got the two print jobs we needed done by 5:30. The customer service is amazing.
