This was a very disappointing experience! The quality of work was far below expectations,…read moreespecially given the amount of time the project took. Attention to detail was poor throughout the remodel. There was visible grout buildup in the corners, grout missing in several areas, and overall finishing that looked rushed and careless. I can't show clear pictures, but he used a clear silicone to caulk the sink, which he over-caulked, making it messy. He left it and considered the job complete. He didn't caulk the tub or around the toilets. I had to pay someone to recaulk. I paid him 9,500 for labor only. I paid for everything, including paint brushes. What should have been a straightforward bathroom remodel took nearly four months, when it should have been completed in about one month at most--or roughly seven days per bathroom. Progress was inconsistent, as the contractor did not work every day to get the job done. He said he was experienced, but the workmanship was extremely poor. I don't believe he is an experienced contractor for remodeling a bathroom that involves removing and replacing tile. I was told by the contractor that he would be working with someone else on the project, which did not happen. I later learned that he took on another job while still working for me, which significantly delayed completion. This felt misleading and unprofessional. Overall, the communication, scheduling, and workmanship were unacceptable. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone looking for quality work, reliability, or honesty. I would not recommend him and if you do use him, I advise you proceed with caution.

Mr Vince was able to give me a very reasonable estimate upfront and actually came out the same evening to seal our deal! he also worked with me because I had to change the work days last minute! Vince is very professional, he did such an amazing job and I am definitely hiring him again!!! I promise you won't find anybody as talented!!!! It was "I treat your home as if i was my home Guarantee!!" and he did not fail! very much appreciate Vince!!! (he even threw in a few smaller jobs) My family and I bonded with him as well. Quite frankly, based on past experiences with contractors, I didn't want to deal with sales people. People whose only job is to sell and aren't responsible for performing the actual work themselves. Salespeople are more interested in up charging and selling things you don't need in order to over-inflate the invoice and possibly earn a bigger commission. I prefer working with smaller, local companies that are honest and have a great reputation. That is what prompted me to reach out to this company. My experience working with Ryan Lesak at Forever Dry was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about his company. He was on-time for his appointment, super friendly, genuine and extremely knowledgeable. Not to mention, before the visit he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me discussing the issue, thinking it may be a foundation issue, and providing sound advice regarding condo bylaws, real estate, etc. His father happens to be a real estate attorney. After spending time investigating the issue, which included cutting some dry wall and visiting my next door neighbors unit, Ryan discovered the seepage I was experiencing was a result of my next door neighbor, (connecting townhome unit), who had some long-standing issues that they didn't fix in a timely manner. Their hot water heater was leaking and the condenser on their AC unit was clogged. The constant flow of water on in their utility room floor was seeping into my basement. Unfortunately, I incurred damage to my unit as a result. Ryan recommended resources I can call (handyman & carpet repair) once my neighbor resolves their issues. Despite my constant insisting, Ryan refused to charge me for the visit. This is unheard of. Who does that these days? No one! My experience was extremely positive with this company. I will definitely refer this business to anyone needing waterproofing repair. I am grateful I found this company.

Responded to request came and gave fair estimate. I recommend always using small local companies..read more
