I got the check the day the tennant was moving in and it wasn't certified. Not sure if she understands the difference. Aside from that, the tennant who she said she "had a good feeling about" turned out to be one big headache! Good thing I didn't use her to sell my house because she was so negative, unreliable and doesn't have her clients best interest at heart. Don't use her!
