I made an appointment to do individual lashes. The lady was really nice but she ignored all my initial requests ( natural look, mink lashes, medium length) I specifically told her that I DO NOT want cluster lashes. She then said she'll do a couple on one eye first then and then have me check them in a mirror. When I check them, it was cluster lashes. And not natural looking at all. I then went on again to explain that I didn't want cluster, but individual lashes instead. She finally agreed then tried to put then over the cluster instead of removing them first. I was already getting really frustrated at this point then I asked her to remove them. She was about to pull the cluster lashes without glue remover before I stopped her!!! I'm not suppose to be telling a professional how to do their job. She then put remover on a cotton pad and gave me to remove my own lashes. At this point I just decided to leave. This had to be one of the worse experiences I've ever had.

This used to be my go to place to get my toes done. Unfortunately I will not be coming back to this…read moreplace, I had specifically asked for the styrofoam sandals since I had came in with shoes, to which I was told my toes were "dry". I get home and take my shoes off and my toes are ruined, which then I have to proceed to drive back to the nail place. I walk in and tell them the situation, which I got laughed at in my face. Which I did not see necessary given that it's frustrating having to come back and having asked prior to leaving to be given the sandals they provide. Prior to this I had many small interactions with some of the workers which rubbed me the wrong way but after this situation, this was my last straw and I will not be returning.
