Plus I was blown away by the beautiful pics so I decided to reach out to Morgan via text. She was able to squeeze me in that afternoon same day! Morgan works from her home which honestly was not what I was expecting but she made me feel right at home. I did the classic set and they turned out gorgeous! I got complimented on them right away. I made an appointment to do individual lashes. The lady was really nice but she ignored all my initial requests ( natural look, mink lashes, medium length) I specifically told her that I DO NOT want cluster lashes. She then said she'll do a couple on one eye first then and then have me check them in a mirror. When I check them, it was cluster lashes. And not natural looking at all. I then went on again to explain that I didn't want cluster, but individual lashes instead. She finally agreed then tried to put then over the cluster instead of removing them first. I was already getting really frustrated at this point then I asked her to remove them. She was about to pull the cluster lashes without glue remover before I stopped her!!! I'm not suppose to be telling a professional how to do their job. She then put remover on a cotton pad and gave me to remove my own lashes. At this point I just decided to leave. This had to be one of the worse experiences I've ever had.
