Spray lasted a day or so, the waxing ROUGH AF. I originally found her through Groupon. When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

When I got off the table, I was shocked. As I already signed the waiver, I paid the discounted bill and left. I have no idea how much it's going to cost, or if it's even possible to fix this. Just a warning...it seems only "standard" shape and color are available at this studio and not the nano hairlines advertised. The first photo is what I asked for. The second is what I got. I'm not 30 and didn't want a 30 year olds brows. Apparently what I wanted was irrelevant.

She's also a great teacher as she teaches others her craft. Her studio is beautiful and clean. Her staff are friendly. There's plenty of parking out front. She did a really great job on my ombre brows but she does a mean nano hair stroke that looks so real. She also does eyeliner and lips, nipple tattooing for cancer patients and tattooing for balding men/women. There are an array of services she does including lashes (classic hybrid and volume) and micro blading. I highly recommend Wendy for your permanent makeup needs!!!
