The visit was going great, I felt like we were getting established and then I mentioned to her that I love that she is more on the natural side because we do not vaccinate. After I said this, her entire demeanor changed. She started questioning me and became very condescending, eventually telling me that she didn't think this office would be a good fit for me and my daughter. So apparently the only thing this doctor does here is vaccinate children. She apparently doesn't treat children for any other medical reason, except to vaccinate. How pathetic.

Chang…read more They are amazing, kind, helpful, great with kids( I would hope so but they don't disappoint) they really listen to both the parents and the kids to find out the best course of treatment. They are very thorough in their assessments. Offer information in a comprehensive and easy to understand manner for parents. Answer questions thoroughly and never make you feel as though you are asking too many, never feel rushed out. We end up seeing Amanda Klenke CNP most of the time and she is always great! They have a separate room for ill patients which is great! We never have to wait long and they are very accommodating when needing to get an appointment made in a short time span. Early morning walk in clinic hours are the best thing in the world! We've been going here for nearly 6 years or so and I've never once regretted my decision! They have two offices which is very convenient. One in Ashland and one in Ontario!

I was told to give him ibuprofen at the first sign of an episode, but they didn't know the cause so he continued having episodes monthly. At the urging of a friend I made an appt with Dr. Sue and through testing and health history she identified the triggers and put together a plan of action. After years of ups and downs I can happily say my son has been episode free for over a year. Dr. Sue spends every minute of your appointment with you and listens to your concerns. I called super early after being ill for far too long. While my PCP was super booked, the appointment line was able to get me in within just a few hours to see Dr. Patton, who is located in the same office. I'm usually hesitant to try any new doctors (I've had a lot of bad experiences), but I truly needed to be seen and took the chance. Dr. Patton is someone I would highly recommend for anyone. She is very intelligent, kind and listens to her patients. I completely trust in her and her ability to diagnose and treat. Her office is well-run and efficient compared to another major hospital system that always leaves me with a giant headache. And again, I can't tell you how much I appreciated being seen urgently within 2 hours of my phone call. That never happens anywhere, ever. Overall, I hope this review will help someone the next time they need an appointment at UH. I really believe that choosing a good doctor can make or break an entire experience with a hospital and I wish more people in Northeast Ohio reviewed their great doctors in the area.
