With Dennis Crane all you get is disappointment and out of focus memories. Do not bother booking him, the pictures come back terrible...lost of eyes shut or people not looking at the camera. Do not even bother having an album made... You are better off having a few loved ones fill up there digital cameras with pictures and having something made on snapfish or from walgreens. Please research everything about your Photographer and make sure to see examples...get a guarantee in writing that you will be satisfied with your photos and albums. Too much money to not get it all in writing....He also likes to lie...So becareful.... Your wedding is priceless....You are going to pay alot anywhere you go just make sure you get someone worth their salt and who is POLITE!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is going to be a long review, so here's a brief summary…read moreof my experience. We ended up terminating services with Bill 10 days before our wedding due to the lack of communication, unprofessionalism and the disregard for our requests. Money was tight leading up to the wedding, but we knowingly cancelled services even though we would still have to pay in full because of the lack of confidence we had in him. If you're still reading, please prepare yourself for my experiences with him: We booked Bill the summer of '24 for our wedding that just took place a couple of days ago (April '25). We talked to him on the phone, and he presented himself to us with quite the ego. He kept telling us that he was the best, he was a professional and that everyone loved him. We were also told that he would provide us with links to his work, but no links were sent. We still picked him because of the good reviews. Fast forward to the end of March, I reached out to Bill about 2.5 weeks before our wedding because I had not heard from him since we booked him. I asked to do a phone call meeting to go over everything for the wedding, and I sent him a very detailed schedule/notes to look over prior to our call. On the day of our scheduled call, he indeed did NOT call me like he said he was going to. Instead, I waited 20 minutes past the scheduled time and then I called him. We talked on the phone, and we did not go over much for the wedding because he told me that he did not even look over any of the notes I sent him. I was pretty frustrated that he was late (if you can call it that, since I had to call him) and unprepared. I marched on and started asking him questions to which his replies were "don't stress," "everyone loves me," "I've done this before," which is exactly what every stressed bride wants to hear, am I right? He was very condescending and overtly dismissive throughout the entire 10 minutes on the phone. He then goes on to tell me that he has a music list of over 2,000 songs that he would like us to go through for the wedding, and I asked him to send me those links of his work that he talked about at the initial booking call. After this call, we went through the list, and it said to return completed 2 weeks prior to the wedding day, which was only a couple days from when we received the list. Not only should we have received this list probably months in advance, but also the spreadsheet was literally labeled "Copy of Songlist - 2010." The label was very accurate because there was not a single song on there from after the year 2010, and the spreadsheet sent to us had markings on it already, which showed us that this was probably someone else's sheet. His behavior and lack of preparedness did not instill any semblance of confidence in us. We looked back at our contract, and it said we would owe him the full amount if cancelled within 60 (!!!) days prior to our event. Keep in mind the 60 days because it will be important later. We decided to keep him because it was super last minute to find a new DJ. Due to the lack of confidence, we decided we needed to meet him in person to go over everything before the wedding, so we sent him another email to schedule that. We were very specific on our availability times (ex. "Wednesday, April 9th after 2:30pm" etc), so there would be no confusion. Low and behold, there was confusion. I was emailed 20 minutes after the in person meeting time one week BEFORE we were actually supposed to meet stating that he was waiting at the Panera. We were very confused and reminded Bill that our meeting was not for another week. He proceeded to tell us that he drove an hour and a half to meet us and if we could still come by. We replied saying that we had other obligations, which is why we did not list that date in our availability. This was the final thing that pushed us to terminate services with him. He was not reliable, prompt or able to follow explicit directions. It also showed me that he did not save my phone number because he only communicated with us over email when the meet up incident occurred. This meant he was never going to call me for the initial phone call meeting, and we never would have chatted if I did not call him. When we sent our concise termination of services email to him 10 days before the wedding, he replied very unprofessionally. His email was riddled with spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors to which we deemed no reply was necessary. We decided to eat the price and find a new DJ to which we are so happy we did. One day before our wedding, he sent us an invoice for the remaining balance, which we knew we were going to pay. In his note attached to the invoice, he wrote that we signed a contract and had to cancel 90 days before the event. Bill obviously did not even read his own contract because it said 60 days in the one we signed. We paid it, but we would definitely recommend to NOT book with Bill. Literally find ANYONE else.

It was so easy communicating with her. We mostly emailed, but we scheduled an in person meeting when we were in town to meet up with our wedding vendors. She is extremely nice, organized, and professional. She took care of the paperwork after the wedding, so it is one less thing to stress about! Stop looking around because she will take care of you. We highly recommend her for any ministerial needs.

My sister (and MOH) is a day-of coordinator herself, as is a close friend from college, and both of them strongly suggested I do it - they made the point that most venue coordinators only really care about their operations and place of business, and their main focus is not your details. I am SO GLAD I took their advice, and so glad I came across Abryanna. At the point I hired her, she had done just a few weddings, but from her professionalism and sunny demeanor, it was obvious she was meant for this. She provided great insight and advice throughout the process, and I appreciate her work for my new husband and I. Her biggest value truly came the wedding day, though. She kept everything running smoothly, finalized venue setup while we were all in hair/makeup, and headed up the team effort to put out a rather large fire just before the ceremony, and kept the flames at bay during the reception. That last part was invaluable to me, as it was a worry throughout the planning year that came true, even though no one believed me it would. We had photos taken with her through a special deal she was running, and we are already booked for new baby photos this fall. Her prices are extremely reasonable and her willingness to travel to Chicago for a small travel fee made her an easy choice. Her photos turned out great and we were very pleased. I highly recommend her. I also love that she includes the disk of the images so we can print what we'd like! Also, she is so great with kids, so I would definitely recommend her for family photography.

We were planning our wedding from across the country and picking a photographer was no easy task. I…read moreknew we wanted someone with the right photography style with a personality to match. We loved his style which captures emotions along with the beautiful scenery. After talking to him we were convinced he was the one and he did not disappoint. Vince's skills and professionalism was beyond our expectation. Our wedding had a lot of curveballs to throw at Vince and he did an amazing job in dealing with everything. We have a very active doggo that we wanted in the pictures and Vince gave us so many beautiful pictures that we quite frankly have a hard time picking out the best one. Our first look took place on a very active trail with lots of bicycles coming and going and Vince got us tons of amazing pictures. The family cabin where our ceremony took place was difficult to navigate because of the space but he got us the most incredible pictures. Lastly, I usually hate being photographed because of the way I look in pictures but Vince managed to make me look and feel like a bride in every picture. Most importantly, Vince was a joy to work with. Our family was so impressed by how nice Vince was during the entire exhausting day. He kept his smile throughout everything but had no problem managing and directing people when needed. He captured all the emotions throughout the day and really captured who we are as a couple and family in every picture. We are beyond grateful to have these pictures to cherish with our family. Sara helped me pick the outfits out that I wanted to wear and did such a good job of making me look like I never have before. My husband adored the pictures and tells me he still looks at the ones that we purchased from the Google Drive I would say that, even if you are scared or think that you aren't good enough pretty enough, you should definitely give this a shot at least once in your life. It's nice to be pampered and treated like a princess and that's exactly what they do. It was 100% worth it to do this and make me feel so much better about myself. I sincerely recommend going to Sara for this, her work is comparable and beats some of the photographers in the city.
