If I could give zero stars, I would. This is going to be a long review, so here's a brief summary…read moreof my experience. We ended up terminating services with Bill 10 days before our wedding due to the lack of communication, unprofessionalism and the disregard for our requests. Money was tight leading up to the wedding, but we knowingly cancelled services even though we would still have to pay in full because of the lack of confidence we had in him. If you're still reading, please prepare yourself for my experiences with him: We booked Bill the summer of '24 for our wedding that just took place a couple of days ago (April '25). We talked to him on the phone, and he presented himself to us with quite the ego. He kept telling us that he was the best, he was a professional and that everyone loved him. We were also told that he would provide us with links to his work, but no links were sent. We still picked him because of the good reviews. Fast forward to the end of March, I reached out to Bill about 2.5 weeks before our wedding because I had not heard from him since we booked him. I asked to do a phone call meeting to go over everything for the wedding, and I sent him a very detailed schedule/notes to look over prior to our call. On the day of our scheduled call, he indeed did NOT call me like he said he was going to. Instead, I waited 20 minutes past the scheduled time and then I called him. We talked on the phone, and we did not go over much for the wedding because he told me that he did not even look over any of the notes I sent him. I was pretty frustrated that he was late (if you can call it that, since I had to call him) and unprepared. I marched on and started asking him questions to which his replies were "don't stress," "everyone loves me," "I've done this before," which is exactly what every stressed bride wants to hear, am I right? He was very condescending and overtly dismissive throughout the entire 10 minutes on the phone. He then goes on to tell me that he has a music list of over 2,000 songs that he would like us to go through for the wedding, and I asked him to send me those links of his work that he talked about at the initial booking call. After this call, we went through the list, and it said to return completed 2 weeks prior to the wedding day, which was only a couple days from when we received the list. Not only should we have received this list probably months in advance, but also the spreadsheet was literally labeled "Copy of Songlist - 2010." The label was very accurate because there was not a single song on there from after the year 2010, and the spreadsheet sent to us had markings on it already, which showed us that this was probably someone else's sheet. His behavior and lack of preparedness did not instill any semblance of confidence in us. We looked back at our contract, and it said we would owe him the full amount if cancelled within 60 (!!!) days prior to our event. Keep in mind the 60 days because it will be important later. We decided to keep him because it was super last minute to find a new DJ. Due to the lack of confidence, we decided we needed to meet him in person to go over everything before the wedding, so we sent him another email to schedule that. We were very specific on our availability times (ex. "Wednesday, April 9th after 2:30pm" etc), so there would be no confusion. Low and behold, there was confusion. I was emailed 20 minutes after the in person meeting time one week BEFORE we were actually supposed to meet stating that he was waiting at the Panera. We were very confused and reminded Bill that our meeting was not for another week. He proceeded to tell us that he drove an hour and a half to meet us and if we could still come by. We replied saying that we had other obligations, which is why we did not list that date in our availability. This was the final thing that pushed us to terminate services with him. He was not reliable, prompt or able to follow explicit directions. It also showed me that he did not save my phone number because he only communicated with us over email when the meet up incident occurred. This meant he was never going to call me for the initial phone call meeting, and we never would have chatted if I did not call him. When we sent our concise termination of services email to him 10 days before the wedding, he replied very unprofessionally. His email was riddled with spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors to which we deemed no reply was necessary. We decided to eat the price and find a new DJ to which we are so happy we did. One day before our wedding, he sent us an invoice for the remaining balance, which we knew we were going to pay. In his note attached to the invoice, he wrote that we signed a contract and had to cancel 90 days before the event. Bill obviously did not even read his own contract because it said 60 days in the one we signed. We paid it, but we would definitely recommend to NOT book with Bill. Literally find ANYONE else.

My husband adored the pictures and tells me he still looks at the ones that we purchased from the Google Drive I would say that, even if you are scared or think that you aren't good enough pretty enough, you should definitely give this a shot at least once in your life. It's nice to be pampered and treated like a princess and that's exactly what they do. It was 100% worth it to do this and make me feel so much better about myself. I sincerely recommend going to Sara for this, her work is comparable and beats some of the photographers in the city.

We were planning our wedding from across the country and picking a photographer was no easy task. I…read moreknew we wanted someone with the right photography style with a personality to match. We loved his style which captures emotions along with the beautiful scenery. After talking to him we were convinced he was the one and he did not disappoint. Vince's skills and professionalism was beyond our expectation. Our wedding had a lot of curveballs to throw at Vince and he did an amazing job in dealing with everything. We have a very active doggo that we wanted in the pictures and Vince gave us so many beautiful pictures that we quite frankly have a hard time picking out the best one. Our first look took place on a very active trail with lots of bicycles coming and going and Vince got us tons of amazing pictures. The family cabin where our ceremony took place was difficult to navigate because of the space but he got us the most incredible pictures. Lastly, I usually hate being photographed because of the way I look in pictures but Vince managed to make me look and feel like a bride in every picture. Most importantly, Vince was a joy to work with. Our family was so impressed by how nice Vince was during the entire exhausting day. When I contacted him, he had amazing communication, made great suggestions, and worked with me through planning, so I was hopeful about our big day. On the day of our wedding, he arrived at our venue early and made sure that his equipment worked, and he had a good "stage presence" because he was dressed for the occasion, which made us happy. He also did a great job following my created playlist for our ceremony, and he played everything on time. On the other hand, during our reception, most names in our wedding party were pronounced wrong even though I put the written pronunciations of everyone's last name on our sheet, and I gave him a copy of this well in advance. He never asked to meet us in person or Zoom, nor did he ask us how to pronounce anything. He even said our married last name incorrectly as we walked into the reception, so I am happy we didn't have a videographer because that would have been embarrassing. My husband's brother and sister walked into our reception as the first bridesmaid and groomsman, and Matt called Jackie (my husband's sister), Jessica, so not only did he call me (the bride) Jessica but he also called her by my new married name. During our reception, he was very nice to my husband and I, but he didn't really announce much and didn't say anything or update the playlist to get the crowd moving. As someone who has been to plenty of weddings after having mine, normally DJs will make flexible changes to get the crowd dancing and they will also say things to get everyone on their feet. Sure, there were certain times we had tons of people on the dance floor, but many times, it seemed bare. Many people told me they requested songs, but he never played any unless I personally went up to him and requested them; my mom even told him that she was the mother of the bride and wanted to play a song he never played. I did have a "Do Not Play List" of 2 songs, but I never said I didn't allow people to request songs, so that was very disheartening to hear. He also cut our first dance song and my father/daughter dance a bit too quickly before they were 100% over, which made me sad. I realize many DJs like doing this to save time, but he didn't ask us beforehand if we wanted that, and I didn't know that I was supposed to request the full song to be played. The dances all just seemed extremely rushed, one after another without any breaks in between, and they slowly faded right before he announced the next dance to start. Although there were some things I would definitely change, there were some memorable positives, as well. His company was able to provide us with a photobooth, which was a huge hit, so I am glad we added that into our celebration, and it wasn't too expensive. He played many songs that were on the list of songs we asked him to play, and he was very nice when we actually met him in person. As I stated above, he did a wonderful job at our ceremony, the sound for everything was great, and he was professional with his attire and with how early he arrived. He was even flexible with staying a bit later when some of the timing changed, and his communication when planning our event and booking him was great.
