Was on the table for less then 5mins for a Brazilian!! It was very clear she was only there for a qucik chance to make money. No real greeting just told me to head into the room and kinda pointed. Once in the room I had no idea what to do as I am used to some sort of begining consultations. There was no spot for my cloths, no chiar, or table put my puse. So I was just standing there feeling awkward waiting for her to come in. When she did came into the room she looked at me and then the bed as said " aren't you here for a brazlilian" I said yes and she then told me to take my pants off and walked out. When she came back she quicked waxed me and by quicked I mean maybe 5 very large strips with a soft wax. When she was done she left a couple napkins on my kitty and said "these are for any spots that are stickey" and said I would have stubble because I had short hair. I did not have stubble I had hair where she simply did not wax. I had once before gone in for a wax and the lady was kinda enough to inform me as soon as she saw the lenghth of my hair that she could wax me if that was what I wanted but adviced me to come back in a week when my hair was longer to ensure better results. That was professional and curdiouse and I returned to her multiple times because of her kindness and honesty. This is why I know the lenght was not the problem. However if it was she should have said somthing before waxing. There was no twizing after and no after care just a small amount of oil. This was the worst brazlilian I have ever had. I will never come back and I would never suggest this place to anyone else. I paid and was booked for a full hr and although I have never had a brazilian last a full hour I am used to the full session taking about 45 mins. I was in and out of the building in less than 15 mins and that includes waiting in the sitting area for her to be ready for my session.

Sadly... the tornado won. The acrylic removal began normally enough, until the technician started drilling my pinky nail with the enthusiasm of someone trying to dig for buried treasure. The drill got so hot I'm pretty sure I saw my ancestors. I very politely said, "Ow, that hurt." She very politely said, "I'll be gentler." And then she proceeded to drill like she was trying to start a campfire. Next came the shaping. I showed her a picture of what I wanted--simple, (trust see pics) cute, achievable. Twice she filed my nails, twice she asked, "Is this it?" and twice the answer was a solid, heartfelt, absolutely not. I explained it. I even used hand gestures. She looked at me with the calm serenity of someone who had chosen violence and ignoring instructions. But nothing prepared me for the manicure. Or should I say... "manicure." There was no warm bowl of sudsy water. No gentle soak. No heavenly lotion. No cuticle oil. Not even the traditional "let me pretend to massage your hands for five seconds." Instead, she did a quick file, a quick snip, and then asked--completely sincerely-- "Do you want a neck massage?" A neck massage. During a manicure. Ma'am, my hands were going through a crisis. The entire experience cost me $35, which feels appropriate only if the service included a surprise psychological plot twist--and in that case, wow, they delivered. In conclusion, the staff was friendly, but the service was like a comedy sketch no one warned me about. I left with confused nails, confused feelings, and a confused neck that did not, in fact, get a massage. I hope this review helps someone. And I hope someday my pinky nail forgives me.

Before checking out and heading home, my boyfriend and I decided to get hot stone massages. I have received many massages and this one was THE BEST. Rebekah, my masseuse, is so beyond knowledgeable. I love how she asked me what type of pressure I like, if I had any areas of concern, and explained her normal technique beforehand. She was able to get out kinks in my back and neck while also giving me a soothing, enjoyable massage. In my experience, a massage is either pleasant but doesn't do anything or tough/somewhat painful, but effective. Rebekah takes the good from both ends to have the perfect massage. She was also extremely knowledgeable about muscles and stretches I can do to help where I get tight. The massage felt very tailored to me and what I need which was very much appreciated. My boyfriend had the same feedback about his technician and said it was the best massage he's had too. The spa is SUPER clean and the rooms are very private and quiet. There was slight to no pain, it was over in 1-2 mins and any inflammation disappeared by the end of the day. It was gorgeous, clean, and knowledgeable while this looked like somewhere I'd get a regretful back tattoo. On the topic of tattoos, I have plenty, on my arms, back, collar bone, and not a single one of those compared to the pain I felt here. As a matter of fact even breaking my leg or toe and walking / running on them was more bearable than this. The only pain worse than this was when my appendix ruptured. Regardless I sucked it up, and dealt with the pain (and smell of my burned face which is a uniquely awful and disgusting smell btw). There was apparently no way to turn down the Candella settings or she simply didn't care. When I finished there was definitely a moment of shock on her face, perhaps at the fact that I looked like I'd had acid poured on my skin. She sprayed some sunscreen on (which burned and also not a single spray spf is FDA approved in the United States because they mostly don't offer full or completely needed spf coverage). I paid and was sent on my merry way. It cost $215.00 not including tip... $215.00 for the worst pain imaginable. The best part, is this is simply the precursor to the fact that now 5 days later my face is STILL erupting in red, swollen cystic acne and burns, with no signs of slowing down. I'm Asian, so I also know my skin if it does ever heal will be covered in dark marks / spots (post inflammatory hyper pigmentation) that I will then have to spend $100's-$1000's of dollars to get rid of either through more treatments OR topical products. Every other Derm and Esthi I have talked to / facetimed to show the now lunar landscape that is my face has an audible gasp and cringe. I used to have good skin, my job involves me being on camera, and now my face is so screwed up I have barely left my house in 5 days, and am embarrassed to be around any other human being. As someone who had previously gotten FIVE rounds of laser and never had a problem, this is a particularly awful experience, and now I am forced to deal with intense pain, and semi-permanent scarring. Do Not Get Laser here, I promise you the pain is not worth it, at all. PS: I'd just like to throw in stop trying to sell people the coffee scrub too, the claims made about it on the website aren't even scientifically or biologically possible... No activated charcoal does not "make your pores smaller" (that's actually physically impossible!) nor does it "suck out dirt or toxins" re: There is "little to no" evidence to substantiate the claims skincare companies are making, according to a July 2019 article by researchers at the University of Miami. Beyond that, they write, the use of activated charcoal in skincare products is unregulated. Because these products don't claim to treat or cure a diagnosable medical condition, the FDA isn't forced to regulate what goes in them or how else they advertise themselves. - https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0738081X19301361 Further claiming it can help cellulite is also a BS claim, the only scientifically proven procedures involve lasers, liposuctions, or cryofreezing application. If you have scars (which if you go here you most likely will) a scrub wont fix your face, at least not the coffee scrub in a plastic bag. Alpha Hydroxy, Beta Hydroxy, or Poly Hydroxy acids, Vitamin C, or topical Retinoids are your best bet.

My massage was nothing more than a weird back rub, and they stopped frequently or would only use one hand at times. When I told the front desk about my experience, they thanked me for my feedback but otherwise didn't seem concerned. I am happy to share my sister and my mom had good experiences, but mine was was terrible and I will not go back.
